膝盖疼用髌骨带管用吗?

上周日跑7公里，最后二百米的时候右膝忽然感觉疼痛，没太在意，就停了。昨晚又跑，大概也就5分钟的时候右膝再次开始疼痛，就没敢再跑。回到家活动半天绕膝、深蹲等拉伸动作，除了有点响声，没有大的疼痛感，于是上网买了个迪卡侬的髌骨带，请问有用吗？还没到货。请问跑步前应该如何活动热身呢？这样下去应该没什么大问题吧？我穿的nike lunar跑鞋 缓震应该没什么问题~

休养一段时间看看，以后好了运动前也要充分热身，另外可以带护膝保护一下，祝早日康复
