lap用作名词时,意思是“(跑道的)一圈”,用作不及物动词时,意思是“跑一圈”,用作及物动词时,意思是“领先(某人)一圈”。引申可表示“用…包住,包扎”,后面常接人体受伤的部位如手、手腕、手指、脚之类的名词,其常见结构为“lap sth round one's ...”或“lap one's...with〔in〕 sth ”。

CAP－LAP员工培训质量标准在临床住院医师检验医学科轮转培训中的应用
为了加强临床科室与检验医学科的沟通，复旦大学附属华山医院检验医学科将美国病理学会实验室认可体系（college of American pathologists－laboratory accreditation program， CAP－LAP）员工培训程序、培训内容、评估时间、评估内容、评估方法、培训档案管理及培训过程监控指标等方面的质量标准及其在科室通过CAP认可过程中建立的员工培训与评估模式的成功实践经验运用到临床住院医师检验医学科轮转培训中，通过对教学管理人员及带教老师岗位职责的界定、《轮转培训手册》的编写、入科培训、入组培训、出科考试、反馈及改进机制和培训档案管理等具体环节，逐步建立起一套系统化、规范化和标准化的临床住院医师检验医学科轮转培训模式。基于CAP－LAP员工培训质量标准建立的临床住院医师检验医学科轮转培训模式具有很强的针对性和实效性，得到所有完成轮转培训临床住院医师的高度认可，荣获学年复旦大学附属华山医院临床住院医师轮转培训质量综合评价第一名。
