一位老中医介绍了退烧的方子：
桃仁：10克
栀仁：10克
枣仁：10克
将上面四味药研碎，切记一定要磨碎成粉末状！（一般药店都能提供研磨）。
取适量，用鸭蛋清（没有鸭蛋也可用鸡蛋）调成稀泥状（不能太干），放在干净的纱布或其他干净布上，将药对准宝宝脚掌心，布最好长一点，可以在孩子脚上緾绕几圈用带子绑住（就象医院的一般敷药方法），我一般还会在敷好的药外面再给他套上一双袜子，以免因为不舒服被孩子踢掉。
男孩敷左脚，女孩敷右脚。隔1－2个小时打开看看，如药干了，再换上新药，一般敷一到两次就基本能控制住高热，而且不反弹，无任何毒副作用。热退，敷药的脚底会出现黑色的药痕，这是正常现象。【转帖】
