我今天早上开始给宝贝断奶，一天了，奶涨得里面都是硬块，从外表就能看出来，一个一个的大疙瘩，硬硬 的，你们断奶时有吗？硬 块需要处理吗？要不要吸出来？会不会得乳腺炎呢？还有如何回奶？有说喝麦牙水，除此之外呢？用吸奶器吸出来好不好？
不能用吸奶器吸的，会越吸越多。硬块有的，不会得乳腺炎的。
1、自然断奶法
1)、若欲退奶，可穿合身或较紧的胸罩，来抑制乳汁分泌。
2)、减少宝宝吸吮母奶的次数和数量或不再让宝宝吸吮母奶。
3)、少吃蛋白质含量丰富的食物。
2、食物回奶法
麦芽糖：炒麦芽60克，加红糖适量，放锅内加水煮开，去渣饮用，每日1次，连服1-2周。
3、药物回奶
对于乳汁较丰富或想快速回奶的哺乳者，可采取此种方式。一般应上医院打
回奶针、吃回奶中、西药等。
如您的乳汁不是很充足，可以试用炒麦芽，在胀奶过程中可用热水局部热敷。
由于一些宝宝对妈妈的乳汁还是非常依恋，所以减奶时最好从白天喂的那顿开始。因为，白天有很多吸引宝宝的事情，所以，他不会特别在意妈妈，但当早晨和晚间时，宝宝会对妈妈非常依恋，需要从吃奶中获得慰藉，因此不易断开，在断掉白天那顿奶后再慢慢停止夜间喂奶，直至过渡到完全断奶
并可选用下列回奶药物︰
１、神曲适量，炒麦芽３０克，水煎服。也可单用炒麦芽１００克，水煎服。这两种方法任选一种，每日一剂，连服三天。
２、皮硝（硫酸钠）２００－３００克，捣碎，分装两个布袋，敷于两侧乳房并包扎。每日１０－１２小时更换一次。
３、苯甲酸求偶二醇，每次４毫克，肌肉注射每日二次连用三天。
４、维生素Ｂ６，第一天６００毫克，分三次口服；以后每天１００毫克，分三次口服，连用七天。

我是去药店配了回奶中药吃下.等奶涨的多的时候就吸掉一些.一天估计两到三次左右.第三天的时候就明显好转了,不再涨的厉害了.要是不吸奶的话实在受不了,睡觉都痛的厉害.所以建议受不了的时候就吸掉.这样反复几次就好了.要是有硬块就用热毛巾敷.
我那时也是这样的，连手都抬不起来，妈妈说只能忍着，不能吸，不能揉，否则一出奶，奶就回不去了，忍了几天就好了，可以喝点麦芽煮水，帮助回奶，还有少喝汤水。有的人奶涨还会发烧，如果发烧了就到医院去看看，开点消炎药吃。记得不要吃回奶药，和打回奶针，听说这样乳房会缩小的。
我那时也是这样的情况,用热毛巾敷一下轻揉，去药店买点麦芽煮水，喝下去以后如有硬块就敷一下，这是医生告诉我的．
我也是第一天断奶，情况跟你一样，奶涨的要命，都是大硬块……不敢挤，也没有吸奶器……疼得睡不着
