一、课程总目标 1、通过生命与健康常识教育，引导学生认清自己的潜力与特长，确立有价值的生活目标、发挥主动性、创造性。追求高质量、高效率的生活。　　
2、通过生命与健康常识教育，帮助学生学会正确调适。帮助学生正确对待自己接纳自己，保持良好的心态，养成正确的适应学校与社会的行为。　　
二、学生情况分析 本学期担任五年级的生命与健康常识课，班上大部分同学学习习惯好，个人卫生较好，但由于大多数学生是独生子女，很多学生受到家长的溺爱，个人习惯不好，以我为中心，集体意识不强，心理素质差，经不住打击，应加强心理健康教育，帮助学生学会正确调适，引导学生认清自己的潜力与特长，使之拥有健康的心理去面对困难、学习和生活。
三、教材和其它课程资源分析　　
多听有关卫生与健康的专题讲座，多看有关方面的书籍。
四、减负提质的措施　　
1、认真钻研教材，做到备教材、备学生、备生活。
2、多关注潜能生，多鼓励、多表扬、让他们充满自信。　　
3、上课时多给机会鼓励他们多举手发言，多让他们发挥潜能。
