甘露聚糖肽治疗慢性咽炎62例临床疗效观察
目的：探讨甘露聚糖肽治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法：选择2008年1月~2012年3月期间笔者所在科室收治的慢性咽炎患者124例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各62例，观察组在常规治疗基础上服用甘露聚糖肽胶囊，对照组在常规治疗基础上服用匹多莫德胶囊，连续治疗3个月。结果：观察组与对照组临床疗效相当，两组临床总有效率比较无统计学差异(P=0.40)。但观察组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、C3水平较观察组显著增高(P&0.01)，且抗生素使用时间、咽炎急性感染次数、不良反应发生率均较对照组显著减少(P&0.05)。结论：甘露聚糖肽能有效提高慢性咽炎患者机体免疫功能，减少抗生素使用量，降低反复发作次数，安全性好。
Abstract：
To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Mannatide to treat chronic pharyngitis.Methods:124 patients with chronic pharyngitis chosen from the hospital where the author served in and chosen from the period during January 2008 to March 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,62 cases respectively.On the conventional therapy,the observation group was applied Mannatide Capsules,and the controlgroup was applied the Pidotimod Capsules,and both group treated for 3 months. Results:The clinical efficacy of observation group was equal to the control group,and the clinical total effective rate showed no significant difference (P=0.40).While the CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,C3 levels of observation group were significantly higher compared to the observation group (P&0.01),and antibiotics' using time,the acute infection episodes,incidence rate of adverse reactions were significantly reduced compared with the control group (P&0.05).Conclusion:Mannatide can improve immune function of chronic pharyngitis and reduce antibiotic usage,decrease the relapse frequency,and have good security.

胸腺五肽注射液穴位注射治疗慢性咽炎疗效观察
目的：在口服慢严舒宁颗粒的基础上加胸腺五肽注射液穴位注射治疗各型慢性咽炎的疗效。方法：月收治慢性咽炎患者204例，作为研究对象，以数字法随机分成治疗组(104例)和对照组(100例)，治疗组在口服慢严舒宁颗粒的基础上加胸腺五肽注射液(10 mg)穴位注射；对照组口服慢严舒宁颗粒。对比两组疗效。结果：治疗组各型慢性咽炎的有效率分别为84.7%、80.7%、66.7%；对照组的有效率分别为63.2%、61.7%、50.0%。差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05)。结论：口服慢严舒宁颗粒治疗各型慢性咽炎的基础上加胸腺五肽注射液(10 mg)穴位注射不仅可明显提升治疗效果，还可减少治疗时间，安全性较好，值得临床推荐。
Abstract：
Objective:To study the curative effect of thymopentin injection point injection in the treatment of each type of chronic pharyngitis on the basis of oral Man Yan Shu Ning granule.Methods:204 cases with chronic pharyngitis were selected from July to December 2013.They were as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the treatment group(104 cases) and the control group(100 cases) by the digital method.The treatment group were treated with thymopentin injection(10 mg) point injection on the basis of oral Man Yan Shu Ning granule.The control group were treated with oral Man Yan Shu Ning granule.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The effective rates of each type of chronic pharyngitis in the treatment group were respectively 84.7%,80.7%,66.7%.The effective rates of the control group were respectively 63.2%,61.7%,50.0%.The differences were statistically significant(P&0.05).Conclusion:The thymopentin injection(10 mg) point injection in the treatment of each type of chronic pharyngitis on the basis of oral Man Yan Shu Ning granule not only can significantly improve the treatment effect,but also reduce the treatment time.Its security is good.So it is worthy of recommendation.
