青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的康复
脊柱侧弯可大体分为先天性脊柱侧弯、特发性脊柱侧弯、退行性脊柱侧弯、神经肌肉型脊柱侧弯等，其中特发性脊柱侧弯约占85%，青少年绝大多数属于这一类型。脊柱侧弯治疗的关键是早期发现、早期治疗，以避免畸形发展严重，给患儿造成身心上的负担。
常可选用的脊柱侧弯的治疗方案有三种：物理治疗，支具治疗和手术治疗。
一、物理治疗
物理治疗的目的是改善功能，增强身体机能，降低疾病对患者日常生活的影响。目前常用的物理治疗方法有：运动治疗、电疗、手法治疗。
运动治疗主要是加强脊柱凸侧肌群肌力，调整脊柱生物力学的平衡，矫正侧弯，提高耐力和呼吸功能。运动治疗的方案包括：姿势锻炼、矫正体操、呼吸体操。具体的运动治疗方案需要物理治疗师根据每位患者的各自情况进行设计制定。
二、支具治疗
支具通过包容躯干和脊柱，在生长发育期间，提供持续的矫正力。支具治疗的目标是限制住侧弯弧度的加重，最理想的是侧弯不再需手术治疗，虽用合适的支具可减少侧弯的弧度，但这种矫正主要是在穿用支具的时候。
三、手术治疗
脊柱侧弯的手术治疗（脊柱融合通常加用器械）是惟一能够持续矫正畸形的方法，但是会丧失一部分脊柱的活动度。手术治疗有两个目的：首先是预防脊柱侧弯的加重，其次是最大限度地安全矫正脊柱畸形。手术之前一定要认真评估手术的目的和脊柱融合的代价。
&&&&青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的治疗方法因人而异，影响选择治疗方法的重要因素有：侧弯弧度的大小，弧度的进展情况，弧度的部位，弧度的类型，骨骼发育的成熟度，以及躯干的畸形程度。
通常根据侧弯弧度的大小和骨骼发育的成熟度来制定诊疗方案，示意图如下：
