早期糖尿病肾病无临床蛋白尿，只有用放射免疫方法才能检测出微量蛋白尿。那么糖尿病肾病还有那些症状？
糖尿病肾病有哪些常见症状
1、蛋白尿 早期糖尿病肾病无临床蛋白尿，只有用放射免疫方法才能检测出微量蛋白尿。临床糖尿病肾病早期惟一的表现为蛋白尿，蛋白尿从间歇性逐渐发展为持续性。
2、水肿 临床糖尿病肾病早期一般没有水肿，少数病人在血浆蛋白降低前，可有轻度水肿。若大量蛋白尿，血浆蛋白低下，水肿加重，多为疾病进展至晚期表现。
3、高血压 在1型无肾病的糖尿病病人中高血压患病率较正常人并不增加，2型糖尿病病人伴高血压较多，但若出现蛋白尿时高血压比例也升高，在有肾病综合征时病人伴有高血压，此高血压大多为中度，少数为重度。
4、肾功能衰竭 糖尿病肾病进展快慢有很大的差异。有的病人轻度蛋白尿可持续多年，但肾功能正常，有的病人尿蛋白很少，可快速发展出现肾病综合征，肾功能逐渐恶化，最终出现尿毒症。
5、贫血 有明显氮质血症的病人，可有轻度的贫血。
6、其他脏器并发症表现 心血管病变如心力衰竭、心肌梗死。神经病变如周围神经病变。累及自主神经时可出现神经源性膀胱。视网膜病变，糖尿病肾病严重时几乎100%合并视网膜病变，但有严重视网膜病变者不一定有明显的肾脏病变。当糖尿病肾病进展时，视网膜病变常加速恶化。
预防糖尿病肾病刻不容缓
1、所有的糖尿病人病程超过5年以上者，要经常查肾功能、尿蛋白定性、24小时尿蛋白定量，并注意测量血压，做眼底检查。
2、有条件时，应做尿微量蛋白测定和β2-微球蛋白测定，以早期发现糖尿病性肾病。如果尿微量白蛋白增加，要3～6个月内连测3次以确定是否为持续性微量白蛋白尿。
3、如果确定为微量白蛋白增加，并能排除其他引起其增加的因素，如泌尿系感染、运动、原发性高血压者，应高度警惕。并注意努力控制血糖，使之尽可能接近正常。若血压18.7/12kPa，就应积极降压，使血压维持在正常范围。同时，还应强调低盐、低蛋白饮食，以优质蛋白为佳。
