12月20日，&我县新型农村合作医疗“一卡通”正式发放，这是我县进一步完善新农合运行机制，简化看病和报销的流程，方便农民参合、就医的重要举措，是一项惠民、利民、便民的工程。
据了解，我县实施的新农合“一卡通”工程，总投资120余万元，历时半年完成整合信息、制作卡片、安装读卡机、网络互联互通等各项工作，该卡具有就诊身份识别功能、个人基本信息记录、新农合报销结算等多项功能。有了新农合医疗卡后，参合农民到新农合定点医疗机构就诊时，只需出示该卡，医生可刷卡自动读取参合人员信息，大大提高了工作效率和准确性。参合农民在县内乡、村两级新农合定点医疗机构门诊看病就医，医药费用直接划卡报销，每人每年门诊统筹40元钱实报实销。该卡还可以在未来所有开通新农合一卡通的区域，包括省、市级定点医疗机构实现跨区域就医。另该卡卡还可连接一张银行卡，该卡银联通用，可现金存取、转账结算等，便于参合农民在交费和结算报销时使用。
我县新农合“一卡通”全面启用将实现卫生资源共享，通过与银行核心业务系统有效对接，可有效解决新型农村合作医疗缴费难、报销时间长、异地就医结算手续繁杂等问题，有利于规范和加强新农合资金管理，确保安全封闭运行，有利于进一步加快新农合业务电子化进程，降低结算成本，方便参合农民享受到高效、优质的医疗服务。
据悉，我县参合农民将陆续领到新农合医疗卡，全县定点医疗机构的终端配套设备已全部安装到位。而邢台市其他县（市、区）的“新农合一卡通”工作也将按我县模式陆续展开。
