&&&&&& 我是做视频类业务的，经常会接一些影视，动画，游戏类的活，当然有大活，有小活，但是偶尔会遇到有些活没有签合同就做的，比如小活，一千两千的，或者是&朋友&的公司外发的。还有就是个人接活的。这些都是刚起步的小公司和接活心切的个人容易犯的错误，认为客户是天，没合同也没事，但是事实是这样的结果只能导致自己业务的不规范，不专业。所以能签最好签合同或者协议。一旦没签，就要有几手准备了。&&&&&& 1，要有预付，没付预付的参考一下几点。&&&&&&&2，电话录音要有，谈话内容要涉及到谈话人姓名，项目名称，项目金额，最好有一些项目细节的沟通。&&&&&&&3，提交作品时，一定要打上水印。公司名称，或者个人名称，或者&样片&字样都可以。&&&&&& 4，制作的源文件，没结账之前不能给客户。&&&&&&&5，有第三人参与，并证明此次项目过程属实。&&&&&&&6，签合同和协议时，最好以公司名义签，个人签属于个人行为，碰上赖皮很有可能赖账。&&&&&& 7，要有对方使用过你作品的证明，比如现场视频，照片等。&&&&&& 8，碰见赖账的别客气，找个律师准备好以上几点直接起诉，一般3000起。不但能拿回制作费，还能增长法律知识，增长经验。
