/etc/nginx/nginx.conf.首先口腔溃疡会引起颈部的淋巴结肿痛的。口腔溃疡可以造成机体的一系列的炎症反应，邻近病变位置的淋巴结会由于淋巴细胞和炎细胞的浸润而肿大。一般常见于下颌。为了缓解淋巴结的肿痛，还是需要从根源抓起。口腔溃疡是一种常见的口腔黏膜疾病，普通感冒、消化不良、精神紧张、心情郁闷，或者上火都可以引起口腔溃疡，一般好发于唇、颊、舌缘。如果没有什么特殊情况，一般都能在10天左右自愈。
1口腔溃疡普遍被认为与人的免疫力低下有关，也就是说一些体质差得人往往会发生口腔溃疡，口腔溃疡也多见于老年人，这是因为随着年龄的增大，身体的免疫力逐渐的降低，身体器官逐渐衰弱，因此对口腔溃疡的抵御也较轻。所以对于一些反反复复口腔溃疡的患者来说，平时要注意锻炼，增强身体的免疫力，从根本上治疗口腔溃疡。
2口腔溃疡还与人的精神状态有很大关系，许多压力大的上班族经常会发生口腔溃疡，特别是白领丽人们，由于工作压力过大，经常性的熬夜加班，睡眠不充足，而且生理期女性脾气焦躁，情绪浮动大，所以女性白领更容易口腔溃疡，因此，要注意心态的端正，保持愉快的心情。
3口腔溃疡还与一些微量元素的缺乏有关，特别挑食的孩子口腔也经常会发生溃疡。所以经常发生口腔溃疡的人要多吃新鲜的蔬菜和水果，补充维生素，例如番茄、茄子、胡萝卜、白萝卜、白菜、菠菜之类的，饮食要选择易消化的，不要吃刺激性的东西。
注意事项：
一般患有胃溃疡，十二指肠溃疡，结肠炎的人也容易造成口腔溃疡的反复发作，而这方面的原因往往被忽略，要积极治疗造成口腔溃疡的原发病，治疗一般的口腔溃疡用西瓜霜喷剂就行，或者服用维生素B2。
