　　口腔溃疡并非全是上火引起
　　有些人一遇到口腔溃疡，就猛泻火，狂吃降火药，最后病情不但没有好转，反倒加重了。其实，经常性口腔溃疡并不全是上火引起的。
　　1.免疫力低下。现代医学研究认为，免疫力低下使身体受到各种疾病的侵袭，口腔溃疡就是其中一种。
　　2.精神压力大。常常生气、紧张、易怒的人容易被口腔溃疡缠上。
　　3.遗传因素。家庭有口腔溃疡病史的人比一般人更容易患上口腔溃疡。
　　4.缺乏某些营养素。与口腔溃疡关系最密切的营养素是B族维生素（特别是维生素B2）。此外，缺乏维生素C也会增加口腔溃疡的几率。由于缺锌会影响溃疡愈合，因此有时口腔溃疡反复发作且补充维生素后效果不佳时，要想到锌缺乏的可能。
　　5.饮食重口。经常口腔溃疡可能是吃出来的。经常吸烟、喝酒、吃辛辣刺激性食物的人群容易得口腔溃疡。
　　复发性口腔溃疡怎么防治？
　　1.注意口腔卫生，避免损伤口腔黏膜，避免辛辣性食物和局部刺激，注意饮食清淡。
　　2.保持心情舒畅，乐观开朗，多放松自己，缓解精神压力。
　　3.保证充足的睡眠时间，避免过度疲劳。
　　4.注意生活规律性和营养均衡性，防止便秘等。
　　5.日常生活中多锻炼身体，提高免疫力，有助于预防口腔溃疡。
