什么是爱人
不知到她会带我进入天堂亦或是地狱,她的一些小毛病,看在我的眼里,这是怎样一个人,让人好奇?亦或是本性.看到了什么?一个聪明的人.29日未记录,但今天看到一篇文章,摘入情感中,从另一个侧面让我看到了一些问题.爱这东西,绝不会像动物繁殖那么的简单.爱这个东西,不是单向的,只有双方的共鸣,方能产生爱吧,方能真正的互相称之为爱人.亲情,不能替代爱.那么,做决定吧?那应当怎样向她说明呢?4年的婚姻,6年的感情,怎样向她说明?她又是那么的脆弱,和无助,并且又是在这么特殊的环境之下.接着承受吧,只有亲情同样可以过一辈子,并且可以过上让旁人艳羡的,但心灵的空虚,该如何去填补?快30岁了,仍是一个不懂爱的人,6年的共同生活,造就了一个亲人,可或许在她眼里,我是她的爱人,等事情发生了,我变成了一个陌生人,她可能终于明白,她并不能走进我的深深的内心(deep heart),那么,爱这个东西,它是什么?可以想像到这对她的打击会有多大;同样,可以想像得到,我内心受到的伤害,却只能自己去舔.我只能无奈的对她说,那就这样过吧,我不能看到她受到伤害的样子,我对她的痛苦看似无动于衷.我内心的痛,却有谁能够明白.我的傍徨,我的忧伤,我的解释,她不能够理解,只能够理解为我的托词.她不能理解我的忧伤.我的自卑,我的一切,我所为之骄傲的.她顺从于我,这让我更深的感觉到伤害.而世人看来,我在深深的伤害她,我是一个恶人,其恶透顶.我的工作压力,我的前程,我迷失于其中,我只是想证明自己.

索达吉堪布对邪淫果报的精彩开示： 邪淫的异熟果报极其可怕。总的来说，根据动机的强烈程度，邪淫者会相应地堕入三恶趣：以下品贪嗔痴之心行邪淫会堕入旁生；以中品贪嗔痴之心行邪淫会堕入饿鬼；以上品贪嗔痴之心行邪淫会堕入地狱，如《佛说大乘日子王所问经》中说：“下劣淫欲行，直往于无间，受苦不可当，三世佛皆说。”分别而言，行邪淫者会转生于地狱的铁柱山，或转生在不净淤泥中，或转为女人胎中的寄生虫。邪淫的感受等流果是：即便转生为人，妻子也会被他人强抢，或者妻子不称自己的心、性情恶劣、喜欢偷盗，或者夫妻关系不和睦，等等。现在有的人对自己的妻子不满意，有一个人曾说：“以前我妻子像天女一样好看，后来却越来越丑，现在我看都不想看她。”也许是他的天女老了吧，开玩笑。还有的人娶了一个性情恶劣的妻子，夫妻整天吵闹不休，就像不共戴天的仇敌一般，最后不得不分居、离婚。佛经中对此讲得很清楚，这些都是自己往昔邪淫的果报。现在很多人的家庭生活充满了吵闹和泪水，每当听到这些在家人对家庭生活的哭诉，我总是觉得，世间人为感情和婚姻付出全部的时间和精力，没有做到任何对今生来世有意义的事，这实在是可怜，同时自己对佛陀说的“诸行无常，有漏皆苦”也有了更深刻的认识。看看世间人的生活，不得不承认轮回是痛苦的：众生被贪心缠缚，如果没有追寻异性实在过不下去，如果去寻求异性，最终只会得到痛苦，没有丝毫安乐可言。邪淫的同行等流果是：生生世世变成贪心强烈的众生，而且与前世一样喜欢行邪淫。行邪淫者若转生为男人，会对女人贪得无厌，若转生为女人，则会对男人贪得无厌，如果转生为旁生，也是成为鸡等贪心强烈的旁生。现在有些人的贪欲极为炽盛，甚至个别出家人也是如此，一旦烦恼现前，整个人顿时变得无惭无愧，不管面对任何人都无有羞耻心。佛经中说：在贪欲的驱使下，人会丧失惭愧心，如果丧失了惭愧心则会无恶不作。有些人也不是故意要生贪心，可是因为前世造了不清净的业，当果报成熟以后，不管自己怎么努力也无法克制贪心，甚至上师再怎么加持也没用。《法苑珠林》中提到，邪淫有十种罪过：一、常为所淫夫主欲危害之。与他妻行淫者经常担忧被其夫所杀。二、夫妇不睦，常共斗诤。有些人说，和家人不见面还好，见面后一定要吵架，好像不吵架不舒服，吵架还舒服一点，这也许就是行邪淫的果报。三、诸不善法日日增长，于诸善法日日损减。有些夫妻在一起只会造恶业，根本无法行持善法，为了行持善法，有些人不得不跑到外面，如果家人问自己在干什么，就说妄语欺骗对方。以前有一个人说：“我天天骗自己的妻子。”我说：“这样说妄语不好吧。”他说：“没办法，如果不这样，那我只有自杀了！”四、不守护身，妻子孤寡。五、财产日耗。六、有诸恶事，常为人所疑。七、亲属知识所不爱喜。八、种怨家业因缘。邪淫者经常会结怨仇之业。九、身坏命终，死入地狱。十、若出（从地狱出来）为女，多人共一夫；若为男子，妇不贞洁。邪淫的过患如是巨大，那什么人容易行邪淫呢？那些无惭无愧、卑鄙下劣、贪不厌足以及曾转生为鱼、鸡等旁生的人容易行邪淫，而品德高尚、知惭有愧的人不会行邪淫。并不是所有的人都会行邪淫，从古至今都有不少身心清净、远离邪淫的高尚之士，这样的人行持善法很容易成功。以前我听说菩提学会内部有一些传言，说有些人利用大众学习的机会谈朋友。如果这些事是真的，那确实非常不好。希望大家不要把学佛的机会用来做不如法的事，应该把它当作解脱的机会，否则不可能得到佛法的利益。如果一个人的心态和行为不清净，那不管做出世间法还是世间法都很难成功。有些出家人内心产生烦恼、行为出了问题时，他的闻思修行和弘法事业马上就会走向失败。有些学生本来成绩很不错，可是一旦生贪心、谈恋爱，学习成绩顿时就一落千丈。所以大家一定要对治自己的烦恼，做一个身心清净的人。古人在男女关系上是非常严肃的。据历史记载，秦始皇到全国各地巡游，当他走到浙江一带时，得知当地婚姻比较自由，很多已婚的女人随意再嫁人。他认为这不符合伦理道德，便下诏禁止此类行为，并将诏令刻在石头上，这便是著名的《会稽刻石》。其中有这样几句：“有子而嫁，倍死不贞”，意思是如果女人有了儿子，还要再改嫁给别的男人，这是对丈夫不忠贞的行为；还有“妻为逃嫁，子不得母”，意思是女人如果不满意丈夫而另找男人，这是伤风败俗的**行为，她的儿子可以不认她为母亲。从这些文献，可以看出古人对男女关系非常慎重。可是现在人基本上没有了古人的纯洁，只要看看电视、报纸就知道这一点。当今时代，烦恼浊极其炽盛，尤其是魔女捉弄人心，一些在家男人为了女人失去了钱财、衣食和性命，感受了无量的痛苦，有些出家人为了女人失毁了别解脱戒，甚至葬送了生身性命。在这个“随行五毒烦恼、内心昏愦错乱”的时代，人们的烦恼极为强烈，内心的染污极其严重，真正具足清净戒律的只有少数高僧大德，而无处不生的破戒邪道却无量无边。经常可以听到：“这个出家人破戒了”、“那个领导有外遇了”等说法。当然，谁都无法从根本上解决这些问题，法称论师也说过：“邪道无边故，一一难破尽。”这些丑恶的现象只有到弥勒佛出世时才会隐没。面对贪欲的烦恼，很多人没有对治的能力，不要说一般人，甚至世间的勇士和智者也被贪欲所践踏，没有直面的勇气，由此给自己的身心健康、家庭工作带来了很多违缘。因此，希望各位具善缘者洁身自好，为了使自己的人身具有实义，尤其是为了能够往生极乐世界，一定要努力对治烦恼、断除不清净的行为。对出家人来说，没什么可商量的，必须断除一切非梵行，只有这样才谈得上闻思修行佛法。我们学院虽然地处高原，冬天气候严寒，生活条件很艰苦，但因为学院的出家人能调伏自己的贪心，所以在这样艰苦的环境下，他们的闻思修行依然能顺利进行下去。试想一下，如果他们没有调伏贪心，戒律不清净，不管闻思修行还是弘法利生肯定都搞不下去。对在家人来说，完全断除不净行有一定的困难，但无论如何应该断除邪淫，要尽量过清净的生活。有些在家人没必要太执著男女生活，不管自己的配偶合不合心，既然你最初通过观察，在无数人中选择了她（他），就要接受这个事实，如果你再要抛弃对方，那是非常不负责任的做法。人生非常短暂，即便对自己的配偶没有欢喜心，但马马虎虎对付着过就行了，没必要为了满足一时的贪欲做出违背因果之事。总之，大家要了知贪欲的过患，并且断除不如法的行为，这才会拥有今生来世的安乐。《正法念处经》中说：“若人作恶业，皆得恶果报，若欲自乐者，如是莫近恶。”意思是，如果人造恶业，必定会感受恶果，如果欲给自己带来安乐，就千万不要趋近恶业。在一切应当远离的恶业中，尤其要远离邪淫。因为像杀生这样的恶业，除了屠夫以外，一般人不可能经常造，一般偶尔才会杀一两个众生，可是作为贪欲炽盛的欲界众生，稍不注意会造下很多邪淫恶业，所以大家要特别注意这个问题。以上详细分析了邪淫。既然邪淫有无量的过患，那么断除邪淫也会有无量的功德。不要说完全断除邪淫，即便部分断除邪淫也有很大的功德。下面看一则生前邪淫与持戒混杂，死后交替享乐受苦的公案。一次，珠辛吉尊者在地狱界游历，当太阳刚升起时，他来到一座美妙的宫殿，见到一个妩媚的天女和一个英俊的男子在共同嬉乐、享受妙欲。见到尊者到来，他们供养了饮食，三人在一起共住了一天。到黄昏日落时，那两人说：“现在要有大恐怖出现了。您不要呆在这里，请走吧！”尊者想：这是怎么回事呢？于是便到附近偷偷观看：转瞬间，美妙的宫殿和天女杳无踪影，那个男子也成了赤身裸体，之后出现了一个如毒蛇般身体纤长、面目狰狞的黑色女人，这个女人在他身上缠绕七匝，一直吸着他的脑髓。从夜晚到黎明之间，他一直感受着难以忍受的痛苦。到了旭日东升之时，这些痛苦就全部消失了，那个男子又如前一样享受快乐。尊者问他为何如此，他回答说：“我曾是内波城行邪淫的婆罗门，当时嘎达雅那尊者为我宣说了邪淫的过患，并劝诫我断除邪淫。然而我只能发誓白天持不邪淫戒，无法做到一整天持戒。所以如今感受白天享乐、夜晚受苦的果报。您若回到人间，请捎口信给我那个日夜行邪淫的遗子，告诉他：‘你父亲因行邪淫而转生在地狱，你要断除这种非法行为、守持戒律，否则下场将和他一样。’”尊者返回人间后，将口信转告了他的儿子。看了这则公案，大家应该对邪淫的过患和断除邪淫的功德有真切的认识。如果能完全断除邪淫，现世会受到众人称赞，来世会转生人天善趣并成为种姓高贵者，生生世世喜欢持戒……有此类的无量功德。佛经中说：“不去他妻旁，断除邪淫行，知足于自妻，此士转善趣。”意思是，若能做到不与他人的妻子行淫，断除一切邪淫，知足于自己的妻子，这种人将转生到善趣。因此，希望各位在家佛友能受持不邪淫戒，这有很大的功德。到今天这堂课为止，我们已经讲完了身体所造的杀生、不与取、非梵行这三种恶业。这些恶业都是未来成熟恶果的因，因此一定要好好发露忏悔。何谓发露忏悔？所谓发露是说出所造的罪业，对罪业不加隐瞒。有个人对我说：“上师，我在您面前发露忏悔。”我问：“你造了什么恶业？”“这不能讲。”这样的“发露”不叫发露，这是覆藏。所谓忏悔是使自相续与罪业二者截然分开。每个人想一想就清楚：从无始至今生，自己肯定造了无量的罪业，为了清净这些罪业，一定要在阿弥陀佛及其眷属前诚心诚意地发露忏悔。真为生死发菩提心以深信愿持佛名号
另外，我从（寿康宝鉴）中摘抄一部分节选，若有时间阅读更好！———远离邪淫十法 一清心地：心地能清，淫念就不会生。一般人心地常只有半时片刻清净，倘若要时时刻刻、始始终终都保持内心清净，不生邪念，必须每日阅读道德善书，尤其戒淫的书刊文章，须每日早晚阅读十分钟或半小时，此外因果报应的书刊也须常看，例如《太上感应篇》、《玉历宝钞》等，又如能早晚加诵《般若波罗密多心经》、《太上清静经》，对清心更有用。 二守规矩：规成圆，矩成方，一个人只要时常守规矩，保持行为端正，则邪念不生，包括衣著仪表、言行举止、心念态度，都常能端端正正，守住规矩，自可远离邪淫了。 三敬天神：上天祸淫而福善，所有天神也都是行善积德而升天为神，故神明喜欢行善清正的人，但也常降灾给作恶邪淫的人。因此，要尊敬天神，纵令在黑夜密室，都不可犯罪犯淫，以免触怒天神。常存敬神的心，让自己不敢起邪恶淫秽的念头。这样，对戒淫就有相当的帮助。 四养精神：精神若是健壮饱满，则身心康泰。精神若是虚损耗竭，则身心病弱。故要身心健康，必须养精神，而修养精神的基本原则，就是要寡欲清心、远离淫色。因此，为了身心健康著想，务要慎防邪淫。 五勿目看：眼睛好色，则导致内心好淫。要去淫心，须先戒目，尤其开始戒淫的人，必要时时叮咛自己，不可让眼睛去看美色。眼睛不看，可避开诱因，内心就可保清净。 六戒谈秽：闲谈淫秽的话，也容易勾起淫心。因此，平时与人谈话，必须避开邪淫的话题，才不会伤害自己和他人的阴德，也才能保持心情念正，远离邪淫。 七烧淫书：包括见到一切邪淫的书刊、海报、图画，如果能力所及，应将它焚烧或撕毁，这样不但对许多人可避免受到伤害，对自己的戒淫给积德，也有很大帮助。 八省房事：除了必须戒断外界的一切邪淫，夫妻闺房间的房事，必须有所节度，在病中或刚痊愈时，在过度劳累时，及在其他不适当的时间或地点，也都必须节制。 九勿晚起：每天早上起床时间，不可太晚，晚起易致火气浮躁，心念难静，因此要戒邪淫，必须清晨早起，对清心净念，才有助益。 十劝共戒：戒淫须有大决心、大毅力。因此若能劝导朋友同事或同乡同学，彼此互相劝勉鼓励，重德重节，则戒淫必能有成，品德上也能逐渐进步。 第三节：四觉观 本书和下一节德戒淫法，都是教我们运用观想的力量，来破除贪淫和邪思淫念，读者如能每日拔出固定时间，来修持这两节的观想法，久而久之，不但必能清心寡欲、戒除邪淫，更且对修行悟道上，也有很好的效果。 世间的邪思淫欲，生生世世常更换，前世是女身时，见到男的便欢喜。今生投胎做男人，又喜欢女人的身体。如果无论何时何地，都能益下列的四觉观，观想觉悟到人肉体的污浊臭秽，则淫欲爱念九不会生起了： 第一觉：睡起生觉　默想清晨睡起，两眼朦胧，未经漱洗，此时满口粘垢臭气、舌黄堆积，非常污秽。当念绝世美色，在还没涂抹脂粉之前，容貌嘴巴也不过是这个样子。 第二觉：醉后生觉　默想饮酒过度，五内翻腾，肚子中没有消化的脏东西，不断呕吐在满地，就是饿狗闻了也立刻避开。当想美色之人，在杯盘狼藉时，肚子内也一样装满了这些脏东西。 第三觉：病时生觉　默想生病后，而且枯黑憔悴，双颊疮肤溃烂，脓血流出，臭不可近，当想美色之人在生病时，身体面貌也是这样枯黑烂臭。 第四觉：见厕生觉　默想厕所粪缸，尿尿堆积，苍蝇蚊子蛆虫围绕粪尿。当念美色之人，在饮食后大便时，也是一样既臭又脏，根本不值得爱恋。 以上四觉观，能观想成熟时，可体悟人我的体时污浊垢秽、不可执著的。这是除去贪欲的方便法门。 第四节：九想观 本节的九想观，如能修持观想成熟，可体悟人人死后无比凄惨，因而断绝爱欲，更能不被世间一切假相所执迷： 第一：新死想　静静地观想，一个刚死的人，直挺挺地身体仰卧，寒气透骨，毫无知觉。当回头想想，我这个贪财恋色的身体，将来死后，也是这个样子。 第二：青瘀想　静观还没入殓的尸体，停尸一日到七日间，黑气散溢，转成青紫色肿胀，十分可怕。当回想我这个美貌的身体，将来死后，还不是一样。 第三：脓血想　静观死人开始腐烂流脓，烂尸肉块块崩溃，肠胃流出，当念我这个风流的身体，将来死后也是这般。 第四：绛汁观　静观腐烂之尸，停积久后，尸体开始流出黄色汁液，臭不可闻。当回过头来想想自己，我这肌肤香洁的身体，将来也必然会变成尸烂流汁、臭秽不堪的样子。 第五：虫啖想　静观腐尸停放久后，遍体生虫，这些无数的虫，在尸体的每个部位，钻来钻去，导致尸体骨节内，犹如蜂巢般成了许多空洞。想想自己的身体，将来也必然变成这样的惨状。 第六：筋缠想　静观腐尸的皮肉，被无数虫钻吃咬尽，只剩下筋缠连著骨头，犹如绳子捆著木柴，维持不散。当回头想像自己，我这曾经或企图偷香窃玉的身体，将来也必然变成这种模样。 第七：骨散想　静观死后的筋已经烂坏，骨头开始掉落四处。当回头想想，我这高尚富贵的身体，终有一天，必然变成这个样子。 第八：烧焦想　静观死尸，被火焚烧，曲缩在地上，被烧得有些焦黑、有些生烂，令人不忍观看。当回头想想，我这纵然会写盖世文章的身体，将来也很可能变成这个样子啊。 第九：枯骨想　静观坟墓经久破损，墓内的骨头也暴露于外，散落满地，被日晒风吹雨淋，骨头日久变成白色或枯黄，任由路人、狗兽等践踏糟踏。当回头想想，我这韶广易老的身体，将来也必然变成这么凄凉啊！ 以上九想观，读者如能时常作观，对肉体爱欲的执迷，必可破除，内心也渐能清净，对人生的看法也能比较达观开朗，进一步甚至可以悟道，脱离苦海。九想观的效用，正如前贤的诗证：‘人想死亡日，欲火顿清凉。愚人若闻此，愁眉叹不详，究竟百年后，同入烬毁场菩萨九想观，苦海大津梁。’愿读者们都能重视九想观，时常修持观想。 第五节：劝戒十则 一戒处女　闺秀处女，最重视一生名节，倘若狠心将她玷污，必然害她终生难忘羞耻，生生世世都怨恨不散，犯者定将偿受冤报的 因果，故绝不可侵犯处女。 二戒寡妇　寡妇虽然丧夫，但死者一般也都希望妻子能够为他守节守德，护养子女成人，故不可仗势欺犯寡妇。 三戒婢女　婢女只因家境清寒，才受雇于人，她也依然重视贞洁，期待嫁归。雇主绝不可依靠权势将她淩辱，否则富贵难保、子孙不屑的报应，终将遭受。 四戒仆妇部属　仆妇虽是侍奉主人，部属虽需听命上司，但是也都重视名节品德，做主人或上司的，绝不可依势欺犯。只要以德善待体恤仆属，她们也会勤劳工作报恩。 五戒乳母室妇　乳母为主鞠育幼婴有恩，若是犯她，如同恩将仇报。况且乳母也是有夫之妇，如果犯她，便是毁人家庭，大损阴德，。故绝不可染指乳母室妇。 六戒贫妇　贫穷家庭，更须仰赖主妇维护。富有人家应当发慈悲之心，救济贫穷，以积累更多阴德福报。如果不予怜悯，反而倚富恃势，趁人贫穷急难，加以污辱，则财富聚散如烟，富家也会变成穷人。故绝不可欺压贫妇。 七戒尼姑　尼姑出家修清净行，最注重戒行。应该对她敬礼尊重，如果反而任意调情勾引，破坏她的持戒修行，不顾佛家清净，不但天神震怒，将来也定受阴间严刑之报。故绝不可勾引尼姑。 八戒娼女雏妓　妓院或有经营色情活动的饭店宾馆、理容院、三温暖、酒家、舞厅、及许多假借各种名目遮掩其经营色情事实的各种变相妓院，里面的妓女、娼女、雏妓、应召女等等，有许多都是被逼迫、被卖去从事色情交易，她们处境可怜凄惨，时常日夜以泪洗面。又有部分女子，则是一时利令智昏，禁不起钱财虚荣的诱惑，而陷身苦海，往往在理智清醒时，也都悲痛后悔。所以凡是稍有良心，都绝对不可去上述的场所嫖妓淫娼。若去一次，便是伤害糟蹋她们一生。而且也必然会染上淫病病毒，祸害终身。 九戒置妾　有了妻子，又再置妾，不但让妻子受冷落、家庭受破坏、子女受打击。请问，您纵使富有，又于心何忍？好色不好德，终将报应自身。故绝不可置妾。 十戒男色同性　天地阴阳，男女配对夫妻，才是符合自然正理。如果颠倒阴阳，沉迷在同性淫恋中，不但玷污了人家清白，自己必遭声名臭败、染上不治病毒、伤体亡身的悲凄了应。苦海无边，回头是岸，绝不可玷污同性淫色。 第六节：戒淫十三法（附） 时代变迁迅速，以往农业时代的色情场所，仅限于城市中几家妓院、茶室而已，而且仅限于固定小街定点区域。但是如今工商业时代，重利轻义、道德不被重视，导致邪淫之风漫流。不但各大都市中，每隔三步就有一家变相经营的色情行业，甚至偏远乡村也无法幸免。令人深深慨叹，世风堕落如此严重！在这种大环境中，许多青年男女，乃至于高中生、国中生等的名节清白，都令人相当忧虑。也因此，这个社会需要有各方仁人善士，来大力提倡戒淫，以消弭颓风、挽救子孙也挽救自己。为了不让青少年男女因对社会的险恶茫然无知，而误陷于淫海的陷阱，译者乃针对现时社会的状况，及综合前贤大德的戒淫法，汇编了下列的戒淫十三法，但愿能帮助读者们戒除邪淫，及认知如何避开邪淫的旋涡。如有误差疏漏处，并祈各方仁君原谅赐正。 戒淫十三法 一念惧恶法：万恶淫为首，邪淫乃犯深重罪恶，而且邪淫恶业，缠累多世，不易消除，故不可邪淫。 二念地狱法：邪淫障碍光明心，乃堕入地狱饿鬼畜生三恶道受苦受难的原因，故不可邪淫。三念前途法：邪淫最损阴德，容易折减福禄寿，导致前途黯淡无光，为前途计，故不可邪淫。 四念身病法：邪淫会招来许多可怕的孽病，例如爱滋病、梅毒、疱疹毒、疮瘤毒等，一旦缠身，难救可怕，故不可犯邪淫。 五念报应法：经营色情行业或身犯奸淫，会危害别人的名节生命身体，必受冤魂惨烈附身、及地狱严刑报应。故绝对不可经营淫业，绝不可身犯奸淫。 六说‘不要’法：出门在外，尽量把握时间，提前回家。如果不得已，投宿饭店、旅店、宾馆时，一定要拒绝应召，必须毫不迟疑的、立刻说‘不要’，以免一念之差，害自己败德丧行、痛悔终身。 七不近不入避开法：大家都知道妓院是色情场所，故能告诫子女远离莫近。但是现今社会却到处充斥著挂羊头卖狗肉的变相色情行业，这些行业名目相当多，做家长的不可不知、青年男女更不可不知。举凡如有色情活动的理容院、三温暖、指压中心、休闲中心、舞厅、酒家、色情电影院、KTV、卡拉OK等，以上场所，除非确定是单纯正当营业，否则这些场所都满布色情陷阱，读者们绝对不可好奇进入。无知而入，必将失足于淫海漩涡，成千古之恨，悔之莫及。但愿家长们都能先告诫子女，读者们能劝戒朋友，对以上色情场所，不可近！不可入！绝对要避开！祸福只一念间，愿读者们慎重三思！ 八想自己家人将心比心法：见女相时，把对方想成是自己家中的母亲、姐妹、女儿；见男相时，把对方想成是自己家中的父亲、兄弟、儿子。将一切男女，想成自己家人，尊重对待。则将心比心，淫念即除，内心便能清净。 九不看不谈法：戒淫先戒心，戒心先戒目。眼睛不看美色，不看为净。嘴巴不谈淫色，不谈为净。让心口目远离诱因，，则渐得清净。 十想腐尸清心法：见外色而生淫念时，立刻闭目，观想对方死亡的尸相，脸肉腐臭流脓，全身皮肤疮痘溃烂，很多蛆虫在尸体中钻行爬动，十分可怕！此刻欲火全消，内心清净。（平时常作九想观，则本法定能有效应用） 十一念无常法：常念生命短暂，人身无常有如朝露有如闪电，一瞬即逝。再好的美色，转眼亦将老死，只剩臭骨一堆。美色人生，其实只是梦幻泡影的假相，绝不可执著，不能认假为真。 十二忏悔发愿法：淫念重的人，常会感到戒淫的不易，此时，必须每日至少一次，在佛菩萨或圣神仙君像前忏悔前世至今世的业障，如果不方便，面对天空，向空中诸佛神圣，合掌忏悔亦可。忏悔后，并真心发清净愿，内心默念：‘愿我尽形寿，乃至生生世世，常生清净心、常生清净念、常行清净行。’忏悔发愿，如能真心诚意，对戒淫定然有效，。译者本身很惭愧，以往睡梦中偶会犯淫，故于每晚睡前，都会发清净愿，深觉有效。敬此提供出来，供读者们参考应用。 十三念佛行善并重法：如果您觉得前十二种方法，对您戒除邪淫的效果上，依然无法彻底戒断。也万不可自暴自弃，请常念圣号，祈求南无观世音菩萨护佑加被。佛经上说：‘若有众生，多于淫欲，常念恭敬观世音菩萨便得离欲。‘圣号若能每日常念，效果定会彰显。此外也须力行善事（善事的种类，可参考《了凡四训》），广积阴德。相信只要您的努力，日积月累，戒淫的功效将越来越好，内心也愈来愈清净。最后，一定能完全彻底的戒除恶习。
