不排除可能是疥引起的，也不排除皮样囊肿导致的，而且和皮肤卫生较差有关的。腺体感染脓液不能很快的排泄造成肿物。可以多吃油菜,然后再避免长期使用激素、少吃辛辣和刺激的、保持皮肤清洁卫生、外用夫西地酸等消炎药，假如说不缓解，最好到医院皮肤科，明确病情后炉甘石洗剂治疗。治疗一般为30天左右。
