溃疡正在服药，但感觉胃肠不好

这几种药很少有胃肠道反应的，再吃几天看看

月份去就诊过一次，当时也是溃疡一直反复发作。吃的是口炎清，甲泼尼龙片，还有自制的甘油，然后一直没有复发。而最近又溃疡了，12月底的时候是一个，好了，然后又长了一个。现在嘴里面有四个，上嘴唇上的有15天左右了，直径有12mm左右；舌苔正面一个，已经形成个小洞；舌苔两侧边缘各一个，较前两个小。而且从1月13号开始逐渐胃痛。现在如何治疗？另外，王大夫什么时候回济南坐诊？谢谢。
