中国网4月3日讯 据英国媒体3月30日报道，一些公众会直截了当地谈论她们所经历的，就像喝下午茶时的闲聊一样轻松。对她们而言，更年期并不是一件尴尬事。这也是所有女性应该保持的。女性现在不再因社会习俗而受到限制，她们不会因出汗过多，大声尖叫或是歇斯底里而被别人看不起。不要把自己的更年期当作一件羞愧的事情，如果身体出现某些症状，就去做身体检查，尽早得到治疗。这可以拯救生命，也可以让她们不再觉得自己像个神经质的怪胎。
通常在更年期来临时身体内部会有些怎样的变化。早上，我们会从湿透的被单上醒过来，感觉自己的身体内似乎在沸腾，似乎马上要爆炸一样，这种感觉会持续很多年。有时会大出血，会尿失禁，会不由自主的哭泣或是发脾气。
那么，难道男性的身体状况在某些时期不会发生任何改变吗？他们就过得很顺利吗？身体一点变化都没有吗？没有任何人说过他们有过晚发性的性腺低能症，尿失禁，阳萎，性欲减退或是脾气暴躁。
菲尔丁（英国足球运动员）表示：“试着去做个前列腺检查吧。我们平时抽烟喝酒太过量了，有时要压抑自己的想法和感情，却不能告诉别人自己的忧愁。至少你们女人还可以诉苦。”虽然菲尔丁并不是最好的发言人，但这也是一个开始。（李天昊）
