健康生活Healthisveryimportanttoeveryone. Nowadays,almosteveryoneismoreconcernaboutmoneythantheirhealth.Theyareworking-hardandhavenoenoughtimetosleepletalonetodosomeexercise. Inmyeyes,weshouldbuildupanrightattitudeofkeepingfit.Everyweekend,wecanhavesomegentlesports.Forexample:Alongwithjogging(健身慢跑)andswimming,cyclingisoneofthebestall-roundofexercise.Itcanhelptoincreaseyourstrengthandenergy.Eatingbalancealsotakesanimportantpart。So,weshouldeatnutritiousfoodaswellasvegetableandfruit.Itisnotgoodtoeattoomuchjunkfoodandsomefoodwhichisrichoffatandsugar. Generallyspeaking,peopleshouldpaymoreattentionsofhealthPeoplearebeginningtoattachmuchmoreimportancetotheirhealththesedaysthaneverbefore.Theybegintorealizethatgoodhealthisthemostvaluablepossessionapersoncanhave.However,manypeopledon'tknowhowtostayhealthyalthoughgreateffortshavebeenmadeinthisregard.Inmyopinion,therearethreethingswecandoifwewanttobeingood. First,weshouldhavetherightfood,becausepropernutritionisthemostimportantforgoodhealth.Avoidfoodswithlotsofsugarandfat.Eatplentyofhighproteinfoods,vegetablesandfruits.Donotovereat.Secondly,weshouldgetproperamountofsleep,becausewithoutenoughsleep,wewilloftenfeeltiredandirritable.Allowourselvesatleasteighthoursofsleepeachday.Haveanapatnooniftimepermits.Finally,weshouldexerciseregularly,because'lifedependsonexercise'.Regularexercisestrengthensourheartsandlungs.Inaddition,itpreventsusfromputtingonweight.
