In recent years,we perfected the editorial board mechanism,integrated the resources of trade promotion systems,and established exhibitioninformation collection system in a bid to further improve the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the China Expo and Exhibition,which was wellreceived by the readers.In editing China Expo and Exhibition(2016),we will strengthen efforts to integrate more available resources to providereaders with more accurate and extensive information.
In particular,the following aspects are worth noting:
I.Layout Design
This book gives a detailed list of economic and trade exhibitions to be held in Chinese Mainland,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan in 2016 bythe host city and provides detailed information of each exhibition.Besides,the industry index is attached for user’s query.This book is published inboth Chinese and English.
II.Accuracy Enhancement
CCPIT has done the information collection,collation,and database development work for nearly two decades.Relying on the working networkof local sub-councils and industrial associations of CCPIT,the editors make a comprehensive collection of the exhibition information by closelycooperating with domestic and international exhibition organizers,exhibition halls,and professional exhibition media.In 2016,CCPIT will continueto improve the exhibition information collection mechanism within CCPIT network nation wide.
The data of the book is mainly from local sub-councils of CCPIT,industry sub-councils of CCPIT,exhibition organizers,statistics on exhibitionvenues and independent collection of domestic public media information(network and paper media).The editors compared and verified the datathrough various channels including network,paper media,phone and email to ensure that the information is accurate and authentic.
III.Limitations and Authenticity
Economic and trade fairs are the major part of the exhibition economy,and it is also the biggest contributor to local economies in the exhibitioncategory,so it can better represent the core content of exhibition economic development.Therefore,the exhibitions in this book is limited to economicand trade fairs to the exclusion of culture,arts,festival,talent,technology public exhibitions or others.
Due to data providers’different attitudes toward data disclosure and the limitations in terms of the manpower and time constraint in thecollection process,the data concerning domestic exhibitions is not of full coverage with only the valid information of 1,514 trade exhibition projectsheld in 33 provinces,autonomous regions,municipalities and special administrative regions collected by December 1,2015.
As the organizers might change the exhibition date,location and other information or even change,cancel and add exhibition projects in thepreparation period,prompt and specific updating and correction is hard though the editors have their best to guarantee the accuracy and authenticity.For those who wish to carry out subsequent business activities based on this book should directly contact the organizer for verification and take all thepossible consequences as a result.
IV.Issue and Information Sharing
The text and printed version of China Expo and Exhibition(2016)are both non-for-profit public service products of CCPIT,and shall not beused for any commercial purposes by any organization or individual.
China Expo and Exhibition,Annual Book on China’s Exhibition Economy and Yearbook of China’s Exhibition are a series of professionalexhibition publications prepared under the auspices of CCPIT.The preparation team,in order to promote information sharing,market transparency,and the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of the exhibition industry,does its utmost for a better one.Be that as it may,there,due to various factors,might still be some parts to be further improved.We sincerely welcome any suggestion and comments from readers!

从详细房企上半年所花财政费用的体现来看，中华公司力压万科居于第一，金额
高达4.5亿元；万科以3.96亿元坐落第二位；而首开股份和招商地产紧随其后。
值得注意的是，据Wind资讯统计数据显现，泛海控股本年上半年财政费用为
5030.98万元，而2013年同期则为7626.65万元，同比减少了2595.67万元，财政
用同比下滑起伏约为34%；而金融街本年上半年财政费用则为1.73亿元，上年同
则为0.9亿元，同比大涨0.83亿元，同比添加起伏超越90%。
不过，相对于财政本钱得到有用操控的房企数量来说，财政本钱同比上升的房企
数量则更多。
对此，有业内人士向记者表明，近年来，房企在国内的融资途径有限开出，经过

预期，项目出售周期加长，周转速度减慢，催生了房地产公司财政费用大涨的现
事实上，大都房企现已意识到财政本钱在房地产项目开发中本钱攀升的景象，鉴
于此，大都房企都在走高周转战略，凭仗加速项目周转速度，减少利息支出。
而本报记者在多方采访中得悉，大型标杆房企简直都在大力推广标准化产品线的
仿制开发，原因就是产品线开发可完成疾速定位、疾速规划、疾速招采、疾速施
工、疾速出售和疾速现金流平衡，同时也能够进步项目周转速度，降低财政压力
除此之外，单个有实力的房企为了能借到利率更低的钱，都力求建立A+H股上市
资渠道，国内外融资本钱挨近7%的差额空间让房企争相打通我国香港上市渠道。
从万科、绿地等标杆房企到力求转型改动的泛海控股等开发商，都完成了打通国
