“结肠胶囊机器人”技术 吞颗小胶囊能做肠镜检查

一说起做肠镜，很多病人都害怕，但今后只要吞一颗小胶囊就行了。在广东省庆祝五一国际劳动节暨劳动模范表彰大会上，著名消化内镜专家、南方医院消化科主任姜泊教授荣获广东省劳模称号。他正领衔研究大肠癌高危人群筛查芯片和“结肠胶囊机器人”技术，能早期诊断发现大肠癌。
防治大肠癌&&&关键是早检查
姜泊教授介绍，由于城市化生活方式变化，包括高蛋白、高脂肪、少谷物、少蔬果的不合理膳食以及身体锻炼减少等因素，我国大肠癌发病率近年来持续上升，跃居农村恶性肿瘤的第五位、城市第三位，上海已经是第二位。
我国很多大肠癌病人误认为是痔疮，一旦确诊已经是中晚期，花了数十万元治疗，最终还是人财两空。而在日本，普遍要求40岁以上男子要定期行肠镜检查，所以早期大肠癌的检出率可达到50%以上，而这类早期病人，通过内镜下微创治疗即可切除，亦无生命之忧。
因此，防治大肠癌的关键就是要早检查、早发现、早治疗，能极大降低死亡率，节约医疗费用。但在现实中，由于做一次肠镜要先清肠、禁食，还要忍受冰冷的仪器从肛门插入肠中的痛苦，很多人都很怕做肠镜。而近年来的“无痛肠镜”，要全身麻醉，需要麻醉科配合，对检查技术要求又高，很难在基层推广。
“胶囊机器人”&&能看清肠道小褶褶
姜泊认为，要真正做到早检查，必须解决两个问题——谁应做肠镜检查、如何减少检查痛苦。目前他正和美国专家合作，研究大肠癌高危人群的检测芯片，计划在两年内进入临床使用。今后只需采集一点检测者的大便样本，放在芯片上，通过蛋白、抗体、基因等20多个指标综合检测，就能评估出其可能患大肠癌的风险概率，如果高于30%，就应该做肠镜检查。这个检测技术适合在社区大规模普查，每人检测成本只需几块钱。
在减少检查痛苦方面，姜泊正在领衔研制一种“结肠胶囊机器人”的新技术。患者无需禁食、麻醉，只要吞下一粒药丸大小的“机器人胶囊”，可以正常在检查室里休息聊天。胶囊前端有微型摄像头，可拍摄从食道到直肠的整个消化道三维照片，即时无线传递到外面的电子屏幕上。而且，与现在国际上的同类技术相比，这颗特制胶囊是可以遥控活动的，对于一些以往较难检查到的小肠等盲区，可以灵活地“钻进入”拍摄。检查完毕后，胶囊则从肛门内排出，安全无创。
“这就像孙悟空变小钻进铁扇公主的肚子里，可以把肠道的一个小褶皱都看的清清楚楚。”姜泊说，结肠胶囊机器人技术去年已被列入广东省首批战略新兴产业支撑项目，获得1000万元资助，3年内完成研究，进入产业化。下一步，还要让这个“胶囊机器人”能在肠道中做手术，比如切除息肉，取样活检，完全拥有目前内窥镜的功能。The page is temporarily unavailable
