用温浴法观察动物痛阈变化；测定组织中ＰＧ、ＮＯ、丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）含量。结果
鞘内注射（ｉｔｈ）酮洛芬１．６ｍｇ·ｋｇ＾－１或ｉｐ酮洛芬１６ｍｇ·ｋｇ＾－１二者均有显著镇痛效应。ｉｔｈ与ｉｐ有效剂量比为１：１０；ｉｔｈ酮洛芬可降低脊髓ＰＧＥ２、ＮＯ、ＭＤＡ含量；ｉｐ酮洛芬可降低血中ＰＧＥ２、ＭＤＡ浓度。
