1、用眼过度
一般在疲劳过度、用眼过久或睡眠不足之时，眼皮跳的发生率较为频繁。
2、眼睛刺激
如强光、药物产生的刺激，或眼睛被吹进了异物，或常常抽烟喝酒等等，都会刺激眼睛，引起眼皮跳。',
