　　4、发病之前一般均有数周至数月的肩部疼痛和关节功能逐渐降低的病史，约有1/5的病人曾有肩部或上肢的轻微外伤。隐匿起病，逐渐发展特点是风湿性肩周炎早期临床特点之一。
