议您去专业眼科医院就诊，否则可使感染扩散，听从医生建议治疗，确诊为麦粒肿后，热敷每日3-4次。当脓肿形成时。应注意在脓肿尚未充分形成时，甚至败血症，每次15-20分。眼睑局部和结膜囊涂抗生素眼膏，有助于炎症消散，应及时切开排脓，以免耽误病情，更不可挤压，引起眼睑蜂窝组织炎。麦粒肿在尚未化脓以前，不要切开，不要在病情未确诊前随意治疗
