疾病概述 ：房间隔缺损（ASD）为临床上常见的先天性心脏畸形，是原始房间隔在胚胎发育过程中出现异常，致左、右心房之间遗留孔隙。
疾病病因 ：如在胚胎发育过程中，原始房间隔下缘不能与心内膜垫接触，则在房间隔下部残留一间隙，形成原发孔房间隔缺损。

技术和设备
1.房间隔缺损封堵术
全麻或局麻下经皮股静脉穿剌，各心腔全套血液动力学检查，包括压力及血氧饱和度检测。四腔位行右上肺静脉造影以确定房间隔缺损大小，并与食道超声或经胸超声结果相比较。然后用球囊测量导管跨房间隔缺损以稀释造影剂扩张球囊，球囊两侧二凹陷点间的距离为房间隔缺损伸展直径。同时在透视及食道超声下测量。再以同样量造影剂在体外扩张球囊，用测量板测量轻度变形时的球囊直径。三者结果综合判断后确定最后的伸展直径。
