皮肤发红脱毛的现象比较像是真菌感染了哦不过春季 狗狗也比较容易过敏的 也可能是过敏性皮炎一类的最好是传一张照片来看看 这样好确定一些如果感觉是比较严重了的话 那还是去医院吧
皮肤病真心还是挺麻烦的或者 可以去一家叫爱宠乐的淘宝店看看 那儿的在线医生挺专业的 可以去问问吧
