身体，多喝水，严重的时候可以服用一些抗过敏的药物，比如西替利嗪，扑尔敏，或用一些滴鼻液苯海拉明麻黄素滴鼻液，盐水只是可以清洗鼻子当时起不到治疗的作用也不会有什么副作用你可以再加些苯海拉明在清洗鼻腔
