中药学专业毕业生主要的就业领域为：中药检验、中药研究、中药新药开发、医药院校、药厂、医院、医药公司等方面的技术工作。药学专业学生毕业后可从事一切与药物有关的工作：科研人员—在研究所、药厂的研究部门，从事药物的研发工作等。中药学专业毕业后找什么工作1、 医药代表：跑销售，做医药代表看个人造化。收入和选择什么企业，跑的是哪个片区，销售的是哪个产品、个人公关能力都有很大的关系。处方药和非处方药又有区别。医药代表里面的水比较深，我也不清楚，具体的东西有兴趣的同学可以去医药代表的论坛上看看。医药代表的人员流动率也是相当的高，常年招人，除了外资和合资会难进一些，内资还是较好进的。2、化工产品贸易：原料药、中间体、植物提取物等的贸易。有涉及到注册，审计，各种认证等。也看个人造化，很多人从这里发家的，有混的很好的。3、合成的外包公司：比如上海的药明康德、睿智化学等，他们基本全年在招人，人员流动较大，对人不会很挑，学过有机合成，有基本的化学素养，会点文献检索，进去还是比较容易。常年接触化学溶剂，不过对身体伤害较大，不是长干的工作。可以以此作为跳板，有一定的技术积累之后，去药厂待遇会有所提升。4、药厂：药厂也是很好进，化药和中药的厂家都会要中药的学生，只不过西药厂更喜欢药学专业的而已。去药厂可以做操作工人、QC、QA，国际注册、工艺员、实验员、EHS部门等，岗位很多，方向较广。待遇有高有底，看地方，看企业。后续的发展也是看个人造化。5、其他的：也有去做医疗器械、分析仪器的销售，貌似待遇不错。当然这个我只是我道听途说，但想来也是要看人。也有去化学材料公司的，比如3M、杜邦之类的，也是很不错的。貌似还有去GAP基地的，过着闲云野鹤的生活。中药学专业就业前景中药学专业是很有发展前景的。西药疗效迅速，但化学制剂副作用大，天然的中药却无毒无副作用，这使人们开始重新认识中药。目前除了日本、朝鲜以及马来西亚等东南亚国家在加强中药研究外，一些西方国家也开始研究和使用中药。总体来看，药科类毕业生供小于求，各医药公司、制药厂是吸收这类毕业生的大户，制药业对人才的需求是稳中有升。据了解，中药学毕业生在选择工作时主要考虑单位的发展方向和知名度、是否能给自己提供充足的发展空间、工作地点和薪酬水平。
