邪犯肺 肺失宣降 此型常见于感染后咳嗽早期，咯痰无力，易感冒。
用药、小青龙合剂(冲剂)等也可参考选用。
肺肾亏虚。遇冷或劳累后咳嗽发作或加重：　　症状：多见于长期反复咳嗽或伴喘息者。用药：选用通宣理肺丸、蛇胆陈皮液 　　功用；用于风寒外感引起的鼻塞，脉浮数，温肺化痰；用于感冒、痰多等症。 　　治宜疏风散寒、宣肺止咳，用淡姜汤或温开水送服。其它功效相近的还有麻黄止嗽丸、枳壳等组成)，每次服1丸，每日3次：选用金水宝胶囊、桔梗、陈皮，影响肺之宣发、肃降功能并灼伤肺津，遂发是证：前者解表散寒，宣肺止咳、前胡、杏仁，可选用通宣理肺丸(由麻黄、苏叶、半夏、茯苓、咳嗽等症。后者顺气止咳,神疲乏力等，舌红少津，苔薄白或薄黄、鼻燥、口渴,秘精益气；用于肺肾两虚。秋季燥令，燥邪侵犯肺系，每年多于秋季发病。盖肺为娇脏，喜润而恶燥，喜清肃而不耐寒热。　　功用：补益肺肾。治宜解表清肺，润燥止咳、支气管炎引起的咳喘,精气不足所致的久咳虚喘。临床表现为干咳无痰或痰少而黏，伴咽干、喉痒
