欠信用卡欠款立案后还款钱立案了办健康证有没有联网

各位gyer们，小弟过两天就要再次踏上英伦的大地了，有两事不明，想请教一下。一是听说现在的信用卡已经改成芯片的了，不知道国内磁条的信用卡带过去可以正常使用吗？ 二是旅游签证需要《国际健康旅行证明书》吗，小弟知道原来是不用的，不知道现在奥运会前有什么新政策吗？感谢！！！
额……貌似基本都是芯片卡……LZ出来前怎么不弄一个英镑卡呢……那个其实还挺方便的……不过我记得还是可以刷磁条的……我同学那个芯片有点问题，于是那一次刷的磁条……旅游那个健康证明……表示不清楚……我是在这边读研的……
有时间办个华夏银行的借记卡，到那边提现的了
刚回来，国内的信用卡完全没有问题，我们特意办了张中行的英镑卡，可以节约中间手续费。
国内磁条的信用卡??For credit cards, it is all slides, of course you can use it in shops where they have POSE machines. But not likely to get cash in cash machines.In the UK, I think mainly debit cards have chip-pin, they are not credit cards. You can use them for both pose machines and cash machines (to withdraw cash).The difference between debit card and credit card is the latter allows you to use the bank's money in advance, and then return money to the bank (with possible interests). The former does not allow you to do so.This is quite important information which you must keep in mind.
旅游签证需要《国际健康旅行证明书》I do not think you need it for visa application. The UK airport arrivals may reserve the rights to check your health (for free) if you do not have that certificate.
