胡帅医生，我在当地的医美机构去面诊了一次，医美顾问给我提出的面部轮廓问题是，额头太阳穴比较窄，建议做脂肪填充，再有就是皮肤呈现松弛，建议做线雕。结果俩项的费用让我这个普通打工一族的穷人望而却步啊。好贵的费用啊。想要变美，却没有经济能力。于是过了些天，他们济南方面的院长来，又安排了一次面诊，结合了我的个人情况，院长提出方案是改用玻尿酸针剂，还有超声刀。算下来的费用是有所降低的，于是我现在困惑的是，线雕与超声刀所产生的功效是一样的吗？具体听说。玻尿酸第一次注射的维持度只是6-9个月吧，如果只是维持了6-9个月的玻尿酸针剂。脸上，医生看了说需要7针！费用计算下来2万多，哦买嘎。也是比巨资，而且超声刀跟线雕比较起来不及线雕，为什么院长要推荐我做呢？真的是处于我的费用承受能力吗？如果从经济实惠，物有所值的角度来衡量的话，胡医生会给我什么样的建议呢？我现在很矛盾。从没有做过医美，这是第一次，我又非常担心医美机构只是赚钱而无视一个想留住容颜却又不是富有的人该有的真心箴言
