尺骨位于前臂的内侧，上端粗大，滑车切迹与肱骨滑车相关节；切迹上方称鹰嘴，下方称冠突；切迹的下外小关节面称桡切迹，冠突下方隆起称尺骨粗隆。下端有球形的尺骨头，其后内侧有向下的突起称尺骨茎突。桡骨位于前臂的外侧，上端细小，有圆柱形的桡骨头，头周围的环状关节面与尺骨相关节；头下方略细为桡骨颈，颈下方前内侧有桡骨粗隆。下端较大，外侧向下突起称桡骨茎突，内侧有尺切迹，下面有腕关节面。
