　很多人都不清楚睡眠不足会导致变瘦还是发胖。睡眠不足会瘦吗?事实上，睡眠不足的人不会变瘦，而是会发胖。
要知道，人体内的脂肪需要在深度睡眠中才能完成代谢。
　　睡眠不足的话，深度睡眠不够很多人都不清楚睡眠不足会导致变瘦还是发胖。事实上，人体处于睡眠状态时，蛋白质的合成和性激素的分泌速度都有所提高，因此，充足的睡眠可以打造健壮肌肉、提高人体代谢。睡眠不足的话，肌肉量就会减少，基础代谢也会降低，结果体重反而难以减轻。而且睡眠不好的人群，反而更容易增加食欲。所以要想减肥成功，要先改善睡眠。
　　睡眠不足的人，体内饥饿素的分泌会增加，导致食欲增加。但是睡眠不足的话，又不容易感觉到吃饱。这样会大大增加能量摄入量，导致肥胖。而且有研究表明，睡眠不足的人更喜欢吃易导致肥胖的垃圾食品。所以，要想保持好身材的话，还是睡充足的觉吧!一般成年人每天需要7.5-9个小时的睡眠。睡多睡少都不好。
