“常年定居意大利，父亲在广东办厂，母亲是厦门某大公司高管，回国欲寻美丽大方女子结婚，同回意大利定居。”对于未婚女青年来说，遇到这样条件的富二代“海归”，的确很容易动心。25岁的福清男子林志明，在一年多的时间里就用上述的幡子，骗取莆田涵江女孩小姚的芳心，让小姚落入被骗财又被骗色的陷阱。“海归男”一表人才女孩芳心荡漾　　据了解，林志明今年25岁，出生于福清一普通家庭。虽然其样貌清秀，身材挺拔，可是整日游手好闲，为了给自己“挣面子”，他常在朋友面前虚构自己的身份，对外宣称自己叫“陈林伟”，常年定居意大利，父亲在广东办厂，母亲在厦门一大公司做高管。2012年7月份左右，林志明通过其好友介绍认识莆田涵江一媒人关某，好友将林志明自称的富二代“海归”身份告诉了关某。见林志明如此“出色”，关某第二天便打电话问林志明，希望为其介绍女朋友。随后，关某将女孩小姚介绍给他。　　很快，林志明联系上了小姚，两人相约在江口东岳观见了面。见面后，小姚见林志明一表人才，又有富二代“海归”的背景，想成为意大利新娘的她很快动了心。双方互留电话号码和QQ号，开始频繁联系。仅用了一周左右时间，两人便确定了恋爱关系。　　女孩很快有身孕如意郎君却不见　　确定恋爱关系后，林志明开始以各种借口向小姚要钱。在恋爱后的第三天，林志明就以母亲在厦门开会，没时间给他寄生活费为由，向小姚“借”钱，小姚于是毫不犹豫地拿了2000元给他。仅仅过了3天，林志明再次向小姚借2000元，小姚又将钱给了对方。　　在此后的几个月时间里，林志明又以母亲仍没寄钱来、开车撞伤别人需要赔偿等理由，一次次向小姚要钱。前前后后19次，他共从小姚手中骗走了4.04万元。2013年农历正月期间，小姚到医院检查，发现自己怀孕了。从医院回来后，她第一时间打电话给林志明，希望和他分享喜悦，谁知打了几个电话，对方的手机一直无人接听。随后，小姚又到了林志明带自己去过的李厝村“老家”寻找，这才得知这栋4层楼房根本林志明的。　　小姚父亲在带女儿做完堕胎后，向警方报了警。2013年8月17日21时许，在涵江区江口镇邮电局附近一杂货店内，警方将林志明抓获归案。　　近日，涵江区法院一审判处林志明有期徒刑1年9个月，并处罚金5000元；追缴其违法所得款4.04万元，退还给被害人。
