吃得过多的话血液会流到胃里帮助笑话,大脑供血减少,所以想睡觉.还有就是如果摄入太多碳水化合物（糖,淀粉）,身体需要维生素B族来参与消化.维生素B族的减少会让人昏昏欲睡.
