　　中国台湾网4月12日讯台南一名周小姐想要像韩国艺人秀智一样有秀气又坚挺的鼻子，去年花了10万多元（新台币，下同）到高雄找整型医师，到现在1年了鼻子却是歪的。诊所法律顾问则否认有医疗疏失，且当初谈好3万元和解金对方却又反悔，开口要23万，他们无力配合。
　　据台湾东森新闻报道，投诉者周小姐指着她的鼻子，乍看之下没异状，靠近一点检视，山根没问题，但鼻头的部分却是歪的。周小姐表示自己看韩剧想要有秀气坚挺的小鼻子，医师也承诺说，做一做绝对比电视上的女星还要漂亮，结果鼻子反而变歪了。
　　原本以韩星秀智小而挺的鼻子当做模板，结果却“整歪了”，周小姐拿出手术前后的照片比对，还拿出单子证明去年3月花了10万多到高雄一家诊行诊所整鼻子。术后觉得不对劲，传讯息问对方“我的鼻子歪一边怎么办”，诊所要她别担心，术后一个月才会消肿，但等了1年还是歪的。周小姐称自己鼻梁处有一个模具跑出来会摇晃，并称和解估价单开出来，诊所也逃避。
　　遭投诉诊所法律顾问回应，“有说3万要和解，请我们把和解书准备好，现金准备好，晚上又说她不要了，说要23万。”诊所强调没有医疗疏失，但有诚意协助改善，只是对方要求的金额他们无力配合，决定交由法律解决。“医师也一直交代她说不要抽烟，我猜她可能有抽烟或怎么样，她也不否认。”
　　周小姐则说：“医师一直说是我自己去揉鼻子，难道让他做鼻子有这么脆弱吗？难道不可以洗脸？”双方各说各话，原本盼望整型后能更有自信，如今却扯上医疗纠纷，提醒民众，整型手术复杂又有一定的风险，动刀前必须仔细思考、沟通清楚。
