肌酸这东西,有可能长时间会导致,韧带的延展性变差,韧带变脆,容易受伤,现在还没有官方定论,但有杂志这么说了。
建议您 可以吃蛋白粉,早上起床吃早饭前和训练后喝,可以就着馒头每次喝一勺的量(大概20g),有助于你的组织恢复。肌酸是当你进行大的力量训练时吃的,算是补剂一类的,不能算是营养品。平时可以多少吃一些蛋白质含量高的食物,比如蛋清、瘦肉、鱼、虾等等。还要注意多休息。祝你早日康复。赛普健身教练培训中心
