为什么我有时候一上一下跳的时候（跳绳啊，下楼梯啊之类的）会感觉脑壳里面的大脑也在震动，震得脑子痛？
。，近一两年或近一两学期就有感觉了，不会是脑震荡吧，上体育课老师教我们做跳跃动作时就感觉震得发痛？希望有关人士可以解答一下。以前没有？

这是贫血或高血压现象，找家医院看看。
不会吧。。。高血压是什么人得的？？那我咋办？体育考试要考跳绳，我一跳头震得疼，还怎么考瓦？？？这先不说，我有时候下楼梯跳得一猛咋办？？？
先到医院做个检查，如果是贫血那好办，注意一下营养搭配，多吃点补血的补品，如果是高血压，也应多吃点降血的食品，等血压正常了就没事了。高血压不一定就是老年人有的，只不过中老年人的频率要高点而已。
哦，但有时候我甩一下脑壳也会，还能听见脑子里脱节的响声。。。这种算是病吗？急不急？
这就是贫血或高血压严重性现象了，一运动的时候全身无力，经常头晕头痛，轻轻摇甩一下头时，好像头里面的某些部件是松动了的感觉，有时蹬久了起来的时候还头晕眼花。
