大家来讨论下proposal怎么写啊？
首先是篇幅，规定不能超过三页，我本来计划就写三页，是不是多了点？这个到底要详细或简略到啥程度？我就大概写了下自己想讨论的几个方面，好像是说一个论文的结构这样子，可以吗？
其次是reference要写吗？我参考的书很杂，我怕写了篇幅就不够了，能不能不写呢？
还有就是我看有人写time table的，这个也是必须的？其实我们文科也没啥time table啊，不就是看书写论文参加讨论么。。。
大家来讨论讨论，特别是文科博士，咋这么少啊没人气啊:cry:

reference不算在3页纸范围呢。 现在的fellowship，很多时候都是走走过场，能找到internal connection比写一个好proposal强一万倍。
是指认识教授吗？认识是认识，也是教授推荐我去试试这个项目的，这算你说的internal connection嘛？:shuai:
你这不是什么internal connection，我的意思是教授认得审fellowship的人，并且教授势力比较大才有戏。我申请的一个fellowship，历年的中奖者都是一个教授手底下出来的phd，虽然文章都很不怎么样（有的没文章），但是这样的事实可以猜到这个教授有internal connection。

一般的话公司会有专门的编号方式，有的是按时间如090220 ，有的是按照第几个合同编号，比如你这是09年第二份合同：09002，或者直接就用合同的编号都可以，这个没什么影响的。

我的发票号码是这样写的，发票的前2位是我的英文名字的大写，然后就是下单的时间，就是客人叫我做发票给他的那天的具体年月日，然后就是客人名字的前2字母的大写，就这样啊。为了方便找发票或者其他的资料，在客人没有要求唛头的情况唛头一般就是客人的名字的前个字母的大写，这样那些单据就是统一起来了，找的时候就不会弄错掉。希望对你有用

INVOICE NO.可根据你的出货日期来编制，例如：DD,我之前的公司就是这样编写的，特别容易记，查资料也很方便，而且一目了然。

恩，可以根据自己公司和给哪个客人的先编个缩写再编下日期,日期可以引用这单的开船的日期,总之自己觉得好记要用的时候好找就可以了

来人人都是产品经理【起点学院】，BAT实战派产品总监手把手系统带你学产品、学运营。
最近一段时间有很多的小伙伴分享他们求职过程中所写的产品体验报告、竞品分析等，我一边提出一些意见，一边自己也在思考，面试过程中的产品体验报告应该怎么写，而面试官又想要看哪些内容呢？
仔细回想，其实自己也几乎没有写过什么产品体验报告，却还恬不知耻地和其他同学一起分享和交流，所以这次特意先花了一些时间从头写了一份产品体验报告，再结合之前做过的一份意见反馈，来聊聊学生面试者应该如何准备产品体验报告。
为了防止被喷出翔，以下都是我的个人看法和心得，大多数针对应届生面试，才疏学浅，不足之处请各位朋友多多指导。
面试官通过产品体验报告考察什么？
通过咨询阿里巴巴、百度的一些面试官，我了解到这些面试官主要希望从产品报告中获得这样的一些信息：
1.工具和软件使用能力（MSOffice、keynote、PS 等）；
2.文案能力（语文水平、排版及美化能力）；
3.逻辑思维（是否逻辑通顺、是否言之有理、是否突出重点等）；
4.产品 sense（从产品经理的角度分析产品，提出自己的观点和看法）。
为什么我把产品 sense 放在了最后？很多面试官告诉我，他们从来没有打算从应聘者身上获得多么闪光的产品想法或解决方案，而且绝大部分应聘者提出的建议和问题，面试官和团队早就已经考虑和分析过了。更多情况下，面试官更看重前三点，当然如果你真的可以提出产品层面的优秀建议，就会加分不少。
公司内部也会写产品分析报告，包括工作多年的产品经理同样有这样的任务。这种报告讲求的是真正的深入分析和建议以及想当的篇幅要求，这将会决定团队和公司未来的战略规划。
但是应届生面试，有的时候，需要一些巧劲。一份报告放到面前，结构清晰，排版精美，会让人很有读下去的欲望；而一份长篇大论，核心观点被藏在字里行间的报告，繁忙的面试官可不一定有心思去挖掘你的想法。
总的来说，我建议产品体验报告要做到小而美。
我个人更建议使用 PPT 或 Keynote 而不是使用 word，后者不容易进行图文设计和混排，排版上比较偏重于写成深度的长篇报告，不利于展示。但是要注意，一般使用 PPT 类软件配合演讲时，写很多文字是大忌，而做体验报告时，必须要写上一定的文字——很容易理解，这份报告是不配合演讲的，甚至你可以把它看成一个横版的 word。
写报告之前，先列提纲，根据产品目前的市场定位和运营状况（优势劣势），确定要分析的顺序和侧重。
尽量从某一个角度入手，比如旅行产品的机票业务而不是所有业务，阅历有限的我们不可能面面俱到，而从小角度切入则容易做出亮点。
我写产品体验报告，主要分为以下几个部分：概览、需求分析、市场状况、产品结构图、差异化分析、用户意见摘抄和如果我是 PM。其中每个环节都按照现状——总结——提炼——建议这样的过程，将自己的想法渗透在其中。
作为产品经理，很多时候应当关注的是产品较为宏观的一些方面，和竞品之间的关系也主要是从目标用户、功能差异等角度来分析。而如果是作为产品设计师或者交互设计师，则更需要从产品的 UI、交互细节方面入手，宏观则不是考虑的重点。
最后呢，再提出一些产品体验报告的大忌，大家写报告的时候一定要注意避开：
1.把报告写成了吐槽报告。所有的关注点都在这个按钮不够突出，那个转场不够顺滑，这个字体太小——细节不是不能提，但你不能只吐槽细节啊！
2.把报告写成了流水账。报告详细描述了你如何体验这个产品，从这个入口到那个入口，从这个功能到那个功能，恨不得把每一个界面里有什么内容全部描述一遍——面试官比你更加清楚产品本身，他要的是分析报告，而不是一份陈述产品功能的介绍报告。
3.排版混乱或无排版。我一直建议在每一页都要注明这部分讨论的内容是什么（这很符合 PPT 的制作要求），甚至我希望能够有一个常驻的小目录在侧面，这样面试官能够时刻按照你的预定逻辑去阅读。很多报告只使用加粗和换行，精华和重点内容根本无从凸现，最后只能让人读不下去。
再最后呢，把自己做的两份报告的下载链接附上，也算是自己的一个小展示，希望能够在帮助大家的同时，也收获一些批评和指导，使我也能得到进步。
