这属于呼吸困难、也不必治疗，不必紧张，都正常，老年人要首先排除心衰,也就是没有器质性疾病，你应该查心电图和胸片，有问题就对因治疗，就是功能性胸闷，3个月绝大多数人会好。放松、休息
如果是年龄大的人出现这种情况，要排除肺部疾病、心脏疾病，可以检查血常规、胸部CT和心电图，如果没什么问题，而且你是比较年轻的人，没有什么基础疾病，尤其是年轻女性，要排除心理疾病即抑郁症。
