急性尿道炎要如何才能护理好？

是常见生殖泌尿感染疾病。临床可分为急性和慢性两种。急性尿道炎疾病对于我们的健康损害很多，我们都不希望自己被疾病缠上，对于急性尿道炎的治疗，我们不仅要做好日常护理，还要注意患者的病情发展。那么，急性尿道炎怎样才能护理好呢？具体如下：
1、临床表现与的症状不相符合，且化验没有查出病原体，考虑是否为神经过敏症，此时要解释、安慰并使用镇静药物，经临床应用博乐欣效果较好。
2、若为滴虫、霉菌或其他少见病，尤其是霉菌性尿道炎，不能一味加用素，否则对患者危害更大，应查清后对症治疗。
3、患者是否按时、按量治疗。因为非淋菌性尿道炎的治疗不同于淋病能做到短期足量治疗，而且服药次数多，持续时间长，患者容易因公因事而忘记服药，或者1~2天后基本消失而停服，影响疗效或复发。此时不要急于改换药物。
4、由于目前有多达45%的淋病患者在感染淋球菌的同时也感染衣原体和支原体，因此，在治疗淋病时，可采取同时治疗非淋菌性尿道炎联合方案。
5、性伴侣如有感染应同时治疗。经治疗，病人的症状持续存在，或症状消失后又复发，最可能的原因是性伴侣未经治疗。未经治愈与性伴侣性交，病菌由未经治疗的性伴侣再次传给患者。须知有40%的非淋菌性尿道炎患者是没有任何症状。所以不但患者本身要治疗，其性伴侣也应接受预防性治疗。
6、对于已经多所医院治疗而未愈的患者。要详细了解病情和疗程，若按正规疗法而无好转或无效者，应改换另一种方法，甚至联合治疗。联合治疗时一般不要用同类抗生素。
7、疗时不应滥用抗生素，如绝大多数青霉素药物对衣原体、支原体均无效，一般不应使用。磺胺对衣原体有效而对支原体均无效，链霉素大观霉素对衣原体无效对支原体有效，庆大霉素、新霉素、多粘菌素对衣原体无效。
8、已有不少报告分解尿素支原体对四环素有耐药性，若疑属于这种情况，则及时用其他抗生素。
9、如果患者反复发作，应警惕并发症，应做相应的细菌学查，并及时治疗。
10、有条件的医疗单位，应对每一患者尤其是复发者做详细的临床和细菌查，并进行针对性的治疗，这样才能彻底治愈。
