摘要:（该内容经过伪原创处理，请直接查看目录）目标：经由过程丈量河南省青年人上前牙区游离龈和牙龈乳头形状的相干参数数值，剖析牙形与各牙龈形状参数间的相干关系、统一牙形在分歧牙位间的差别和各牙龈参数间的相干纪律，为河南省青年人上前牙区牙龈参数的同一制订供给根据。办法：拔取河南省青年人115例作为研讨对象，采取精致藻酸盐印模资料获得牙列模子，数显游标卡尺（精度0.01mm)丈量与上前牙区牙龈形状相干的牙龈美学参数牙龈角度（GA）、龈乳头高度(PH)、龈缘程度间隔（GZL）、牙龈极点（GZP）与牙冠长轴（VBM)的间隔。依据上中切牙牙体形状，分为方圆形(41)，卵形(41)和尖圆形(33)3组,并对其丈量成果用SPSS18.0停止统计剖析。成果：1.丈量得出了河南省青年人上前牙区GA、PH、GZL、GZP与VBM间隔四组牙龈参数的相干数值。2.侧切牙的GZL男性>女性；侧切牙的GZP倾向VBM远中的间隔男性>女性。3.三种牙形上前牙区的GA：方圆形>卵形、尖圆形；PH尖圆形>卵形>方圆形；GZP中切牙、侧切牙倾向远中,尖牙在VBM上。4.上前牙区分歧牙位间的GA尖牙>中切牙>侧切牙；PH中切牙(CI－CI)>侧切牙(CI-LI)>尖牙(LI－CA);GZP倾向VBM远中的间隔中切牙、侧切牙>尖牙。5.方圆形、卵形、尖圆形的GA与响应的PH均存在线性相干性。结论：1.河南省青年人上前牙区GA、PH与上中切牙牙形亲密相干；GZP、GZL与上中切牙牙形关系较小。性别对GZP、GZL的影响较年夜，对PH、GA影响较小。2.在统一牙形中,河南省青年人上前牙区GA、PH、GZP在分歧牙位间（中切牙、侧切牙、尖牙）中具有明显性的差别；GA与PH呈负性相干性。
Abstract:Objectives: through the measurement process of Henan Province young people forward teeth free gingiva and gingival papilla in the shape of a coherent numerical parameters, analysis of tooth and gum shape parameters coherence relations, unified shaped teeth in different teeth between the difference and the gingival parameters of coherent discipline, for young people in Henan Province forward teeth gingival parameters the same formulation provides a basis. Way: 115 cases of adoption of Henan Province young people as the research object, take fine alginate impression materials obtained dentition model, digital vernier caliper to measure (0.01mm) and forward teeth gingival shape coherent gingival aesthetics parameters of gingiva angle (GA), gingival papilla height (PH), gingival margin degree intervals (GZL), gingival pole (gzp) and crown of long axis (VBM) interval. Based on the shape of the upper central incisors, the shape of the teeth was divided into 3 groups (41), oval (41) and rounded (33). Results: 1 the relevant values of PH, GZL, GA, GZP and VBM interval between four groups of young people in Henan province were measured. GZL male of the 2 lateral GZP of the lateral incisors tend to VBM far in the interval between males and females. 3. The tooth shaped forward teeth area of GA: round > ovate, pH pointed round > ovate > gzp incisors, lateral incisor inclination far, canine in VBM. 4. Forward teeth disagreements teeth between GA canine > incisor > pH incisors (CI CI) > lateral incisor CI-LI > fangs (Li - CA); propensity gzp VBM distance interval incisors, lateral incisor > fangs. Linear coherence was found in the PH and the response of the 5 round, oval and circular GA. Conclusion: 1 the young people in Henan Province, GA, PH and upper middle incisors close and relevant to the tooth, GZL, GZP, and the smaller the upper central incisors. The influence of gender on GZP and GZL is relatively large, and the effect on PH and GA is small. 2. In the unified tooth, young people in Henan Province forward teeth GA, pH, gzp in different tooth position between (central incisors, lateral incisor and canine) ha GA and pH is negative correlation.
