废话，铁打的胃也经不起你这么折腾吧。估计说勤弛哨佾纫崇酆搐味是慢性的胃炎，好好调养，别吃辣的冷的硬的之类的食物，三餐按时按量吃，按时作息，每周都运动几次，应该慢慢就会没事了。
