(一)主诊项目：儿童外科常见病、多发病的诊断和治疗。特别对婴儿脐疝、脐息肉、腹股沟斜疝及鞘膜积液、小阴唇粘连、包皮过长/包茎、包皮口狭窄、包皮粘连、脱肛、桡骨小头半脱位、肛周脓肿、头皮血肿等治疗有独到之处。小儿普通外科： ①小儿消化道疾病(包括：食道、胃、十二指肠、小肠、结肠、肛门);②泌尿系统疾病(阴茎疾病：包皮炎、包茎、包皮过长、鞘膜积液、单侧隐睾、泌尿系感染，泌尿系统畸形);③各种疝(脐疝、腹股沟斜疝等);④各种体表肿物(囊肿、淋巴结肿大、纤维瘤、脂肪瘤、淋巴管瘤、浅表血管瘤等);⑤全身各处感染如脓肿等;⑥各种外伤(不包括眼、鼻、口腔外伤);⑦小面积烫伤;⑧斜颈。(二)门诊专科设置：普通外科(包括肝胆及胃、肛肠、肿瘤外科)、新生儿外科、骨科、颅脑外科、泌尿外科、胸外科、介入科等专业。(1)血管瘤专科：小儿血管瘤等。(2)小儿骨科专科：小儿步态不稳、跛行、行走不便、四肢检查;骨、关节疾病，如：先天性髋关节脱位、马蹄足等。(3)小儿泌尿外科：小儿肾、输尿管、膀胱等疾病。如：肾积水，输尿管囊肿，尿道下裂、双侧隐睾等。脑外专科：脑部疾病如：脑积水、脑肿瘤等。胃肠肝胆专科：胃肠及肝胆疾病。新生儿外科：新生儿疾病。如先天性巨结肠等。(三)门诊常规手术：包皮过长/包茎、脐息肉、浅表肿物(包括外耳道肿物、血管瘤、腱鞘囊肿等)、多指、等手术。(四)门诊型日间手术(仅限于珠江新城院区)★病种：(1)腹股沟斜疝(2)鞘膜积液★预约流程：①(两院区)儿外科门诊就诊→②医生开入院证→③符合日间手术要求者，直接在珠江新城院区三楼儿童外科门诊报到处登记预约手术日期，并获得“日间手术预约单及家长须知”。

广州市妇女儿童医疗中心、广州市儿童医院免疫性疾病科(病房联系电话：020-）广州市妇女儿童医疗中心、广州市儿童医院免疫性疾病科(过敏免疫风湿科,Allergy,Immunology and Rheumology Department)为广州市医学重点儿科专科的组成部分，是华南地区较早开办的小儿免疫性疾病专科，包括周一至周日全年365天人民中路儿童医院院区及珠江新城院区两边同时开放的免疫性疾病专科门诊,人民中路儿童医院院区专科病房及珠江新城院区专科实验室及过敏免疫风湿病特诊，创始人及学科带头人为留学美国芝加哥大学医学院的曾华松主任，教授。团队包括主任医师一名，副主任医师四名，主治医师八名（正在培训取得主治资格医师一名），共计十三名，其中美国医学Postdoctoral Fellowship一名，博士一名，硕士生六名，学士四名，在美国（分别在美国芝加哥大学医学院及美国辛辛那提儿童医学中心）接受相关专业培训二名，在澳大利亚(墨尔本儿童医院）接受相关专业培训一名，在香港（香港大学医学院）接受相关专业培训二名，指导在读研究生六名，在读在职研究生三名。本团队的理念是:尊重生命；团结务实；开拓创新；医教研结合；创特色；上规模；出水平；医者医心；治病救人；一流服务为患者。诊治范围为三大类疾病：1.小儿风湿免疫性疾病（结缔组织病，自身免疫性疾病）；2.小儿过敏变态反应性疾病；3.小儿免疫缺陷病。包括小儿过敏性紫癜及紫癜性肾炎，小儿系统性红斑狼疮及狼疮性肾炎，小儿风湿病，幼年型类风湿性关节炎，血管炎综合征（包括鉴别诊断发热阶段血管炎川崎病急性期）幼年强直性脊柱炎，皮肌炎，硬皮病，白塞氏病，多型性红斑，顽固性荨麻疹,药物食物过敏，过敏性咳嗽气喘及其他各种变态反应性疾病,表现体弱多病反复感染的原发性及继发性免疫缺陷病。对长期发热查因的患儿，我科有系列的诊疗程序，积累了一定的问题临床经验。我科从临床免疫学的角度出发，以治本为主，治标为辅，结合其他交叉学科为患儿提供全方位服务。以临床治愈疾病为最高宗旨。专科不断壮大发展，现每年诊治住院专科病儿1500人次，门诊专科病儿约50000人次.我们将竭诚为更多的免疫性疾病患儿提供优质服务.广州市妇女儿童医疗中心、广州市儿童医院免疫性疾病科(过敏免疫风湿科,Allergy,Immunology and Rheumology Department) 曾华松 主任简介：广州市妇女儿童医疗中心、广州市儿童医院免疫性疾病科（过敏免疫风湿科，Allergy,Immunology and Rheumology Department) 主任、学科创始人及带头人，主任医师，硕士研究及博士研究生导师。1987年湖北医科大学（现武汉大学医学院）儿科医学系本科毕业。1996年武汉大学医学院儿童肾脏病硕士研究生毕业 ，同济医科大学小儿临床免疫学博士，2001年-2003在美国芝加哥大学医学院及Rush- Presbyterian-St. Luke`s 医学院作为Postdoctoral Fellowship研修免疫学，现主要从事小儿免疫性疾病（过敏免疫风湿性疾病）临床及研究。近5年获广东省科技进步奖及广州市科技进步奖四项。在美国参与美国立卫生研究院等课题4项。在国内主要参与28项国家级及省市科研课题。在国内外学术期刊上发表论文100余篇，在儿科免疫性疾病有一定的研究。参编专业书籍4本。有二十年临床工作经验，对长期发热查因的诊治积累了一定的经验。2003年曾参与负责救治广州地区儿童SARS患儿。获：“全国抗非优秀共产党员”；“广东省优秀共产党员”；“广东省抗非一等功”；“广州市抗非模范”等称号。现有学术兼职：国际儿童风湿病临床研究组织[Pediatric Rheumatology International Trials Organisation(PRINTO)]成员；国际儿童免疫缺陷病协作组(International Pediatric PID Collaboration Group)成员；中国儿童风湿病协作组副组长;

And the wards for in patients are available all the time. The founder and head of the department is professor Zeng Hua-Song M.D. PhD who received postdoctoral training in the Medical School,University of Chicago,USA. The team are constituted by one chief doctor, 4 deputy chief doctors, 5 attending doctors and 4 doctors who are received training, for a total of 14 doctors and a group of nurses. The Allergy,Immunology and Rheumology Department of Guangzhou Women and children's Medical Center, children's Hospital ,Guangzhou Medical College is the part of the key national pediatrics unit in Guangzhou, southern China.There are over
out-patients and 60,000 inpatients per years in the medical center,it is the largest women and children’s medical unit in South China.And our department is biggest one of clinical pediatric immunology center in south China which have over 5,0000 out patients and over 1,500 inpatients whom suffer from pediatric immune diseases.The department including 2 clinic units for out patients,one special service clinic unit for out patients,words for inpatients and clinical immunology and research lab distributed to 2 areas in the city are covered 365 days a year for the cases with pediatric immmune diseses form south China ,even for north Chia as well as over sea.
The founder and academic leader of the department is Huasong Zeng MD,PhD who is the director,professsor of the deparement.He received the postdoctoral training in &the Medical School of the University of Chicago from . 曾医生你好，我女儿现在12岁。6、7岁时常常咳嗽，得过变异性哮喘，和肺炎。当时几乎每个月中半个月都在用抗生素，后来吸辅舒酮两月才见减轻。8岁至现在开始常常发烧，频繁时每月一次，有时是嗓子痛（扁桃一直2度大），有时舌头长疱疹（舌头经常长，有时长时不发烧），有时不知道原因就发烧，经常是低烧。而且也很容易发生感冒（不发烧）。吃过匹德莫得，效果不明显，后来吃牛初乳，感觉效果还好，维持大半年不发烧。现在这半年又开始频繁发烧。想请问曾医生，女儿查免疫力得等疾病过后多久时间查？我们小城市如果查不全你说那几项，对判断疾病有没有影响？我女儿会不会因为扁桃体大是慢性扁桃体炎引起常常发烧？需要切除扁桃体吗？是不是抗生素导致她免疫力差?(小时候都没这么多病）

病情描述（发病时间、主要症状、就诊医院等）：我女儿今年7岁，9个月前食用虾后下肢起红点。当地医院抗过敏治疗好转。10天后再发比前一次重，伴腹痛关节痛，血便。查尿蛋白2+，血2+至武汉协和就诊住院中又出现过发热。24小时尿蛋白最高时2400.尿蛋白3+，血3+出院时12月1日查：尿潜血2+尿蛋白2+尿红细胞H52尿管型定量H3.当时是
医生建议冲丙球治疗，但当时医院没有药了曾经治疗情况和效果：出院后在家中服当地医院开的中药，百令，芦丁，维C，激素甲强龙治疗（激素2010年4月停服）。期间有一次感冒和一次发烧。隐血和尿蛋白有过波动和反复。甚至5月25日发烧时身上再次有出现少量小红点。隐血为3+。尿蛋白没有再出现过。隐血6月4日为1+到现在没有变化。
6月18日到了河南中医学院第一附属医院门诊。开了一个月的中草药（和之前本地中医的有很在不同）。成药也改为服百令，血尿胶囊，雷公藤，葡醛内酯，香菇菌多糖片。
日尿常规和前几次没有太大变化：

尿形态WBC0-1/HP 红细胞2-3/HP 红细胞形态 （手写的单我看不清好像是前面字母后面是规则型）想得到怎样的帮助：孩子吃药快一年了。吃得很痛苦，胃也常痛。特别是6月18日开始吃的心雷公藤一天两片吃近一个月了。暂时也没有效果很想停了。
看过您给其他病友的回答。我感觉我孩子快接近停药观察的阶段了，想到可以不吃或少吃药，心里很高兴的。

医生开了孟鲁斯特咀嚼片盐酸班布特罗片 10天想得到怎样的帮助：1、这个是不是就是过敏性鼻炎，我们这个过敏严重吗？
2、医生开的是过敏咳嗽的药，那现在感觉像鼻炎了。是不是还吃他开的药
3、脱敏治疗 无锡可以治吗（或者周边城市苏州）？ 是舌下 治疗 还是打脱敏针治疗

提问：2岁小儿荨麻疹一定是过敏引起的吗？
所患疾病：
病情描述（发病时间、主要症状、就诊医院等）：患者是男孩，2岁3个月，午睡后大腿，胳膊、脸出现像蚊虫叮咬状的疙瘩，边缘红色，1-2小时后自动消失，他不抓挠，吃饭，精神也不受影响。
第一次荨麻疹是09年11月份服用开瑞坦糖浆后症状消失，第二次是今年的6月，大夫开药仙特明，每次1/4片，每天一次，连吃20天，停药后又出现蚊虫叮咬状的疙瘩。(服药期间蛋、奶、肉、海鲜、辣椒都没有吃）
7.5日做过敏源检测IVT701\IVT702只蛋黄、蛋白、榆树、柳树是（+/—），其余各项为（-）
以上都是在青医就诊。曾经治疗情况和效果：服用仙特明，服药期间有效果，只要停药就会出现荨麻疹。想得到怎样的帮助：1.这个荨麻疹一定是过敏引起的吗？有没有可能是孩子小，肠胃功能不完善或者肠道寄生虫、免疫功能等引起的？
2.长期服用仙特明会不会对孩子的肾脏肝脏器官有影响？
3.有没有可能会引发哮喘等？
4.是继续在皮肤科或者变态反应科诊治呢？还是在儿科诊治？
5.有没有必要再做其他类的过敏源检测？（我听说有一种生物免疫法，可以查几百种过敏源）
6.关于治疗您有什么建议？孩子这么小，我不希望他长期服药，又害怕现在不积极治疗会引发其他的疾病，请您一定回复，十分感谢！
