膝关节镜下多种钢丝固定方法治疗胫骨髁间棘骨折

&&&&胫骨髁间棘骨折有移位者常需要手术治疗［1-3］。既往大多采用切开手术方式，手术创伤较大，功能锻炼困难。我们采用关节镜微创手术方法治疗胫骨髁间棘骨折，减小了手术创伤，利于功能恢复。在关节镜微创手术中，我们根据骨折具体情况采用了多种钢丝固定方法，临床效果较好。
