日更新： 很遗憾，很郁闷，很痛苦，上一轮那颗牙最终还是做了根管治疗。不过这次我登门“启典口腔”请北京著名牙医苏健宏硕士帮我进行手术。将数个步骤合并为一个步骤，并且这次还是打了麻药，感觉非常不错。有空我再具体来写感受。大家如果有龋齿，一定不要等了。
日更新：很多搜索“根管治疗”来的朋友，我就自己的根管治疗过程以及所了解的知识，简单说一下你们可能最关心的几个问题：
这个问题因人而异，有的人不疼，而我的确很疼，当然也可能跟我不愿意打麻药有关。不疼的话，可能是牙神经已经烂死了。总之我磨牙的时候那种疼痛是刻骨铭心的。但是记住，再疼也得做。否则疼得更厉害。
根管治疗费用并不贵，但根管治疗完了之后，一般牙医会让你戴冠（烤瓷），这个费用动辄几千。一般来说，医生不会故意让你做根管治疗+烤瓷。毕竟根管治疗对医生来说，是很辛苦的。但是从心理学来说，患者在接受了根管治疗的痛苦之后，八成都会乖乖掏钱做烤瓷的……所以，一定要选择好的诊所和医院。
一般是先用药杀死牙神经，也有直接一次性掏空神经的。然后根充、准备接桩，然后烤瓷。第一步杀神经比较痛苦，后面的还好。建议一次掏空（打麻药），因为用药物杀神经很可怕，而且据说药物都是用的砒霜，万一泄露……总之我当时含着药时，发现有砒霜的成分，真给吓了一跳。
寿命和后患
其实这个很容易给人造成精神压力。所以，请不要思考这个问题了，这个不是你现在应该思考的问题。也立即停止搜索任何相关的资料，好好按照你的牙医分赴去做吧

孩提时代老是感觉睡觉前肚子饿，常常刷完牙后狂吃糖和饼干。终于，从今天（日）开始，到接下来的一段时间里，我要为此付出“沉痛”的代价：左侧一颗牙要接受传说中的“根管治疗”。
下午原本只是去做一次“洗牙”（又称“洁治”）：对于大多数人来说，这是一件美好的事情；而且，发达国家洗牙早已是普通百姓的“必修课”。更何况和“拔牙”、“补牙”相比，“洗牙”明显要好受得多。然而，今天我人生的第一次洗牙，却发现了一大堆问题（N颗牙齿要补）。最严重的莫过于左侧一颗牙齿要接受可怕的“根管治疗”。其实大三时完全可以把这颗牙齿搞定，但当时就是嫌麻烦、逃避痛感，而错过了最佳治疗时期。今天洗完牙之后，又花了近半个小时，基本把这颗牙给“掏空”了，期间两次触及神经，那疼痛感不用说了，现在回想起来都觉得哆嗦（今天很“勇敢”，没打麻药，下次一定要打！）。
回来之后，我查了一些关于“根管治疗”相关的资料，发现其具体过程还是很复杂的：首先要把这颗牙掏空，然后上药杀死牙神经，然后取出牙神经（又称“抽神经”，瞧这名词多吓人），然后再上药，再填充（打冠？），然后……医生说就没事了，但我真不知道这一切是否顺利。毕竟这颗蛀牙拖的有点儿久了。
今天帮我治疗的李医生还是挺不错的，对我来说，这点皮肉之苦也没问题，真正郁闷的是，还要复诊好几次，而且费用确实也不是个小数字。
唉，现在终于明白为什么在火车上过夜时，总会看到有人不嫌麻烦带着牙膏牙刷水杯去刷牙了。
今天的文章相信大家看了都会有点沉重（除非你的牙齿非常好，非常强大）。恩……其实一想到那个治疗过程，我现在整个人也很沉重~~不过还是想问问看到这篇文章的朋友：

更新，我的根管治疗六轮体会：
第一轮：洗牙（洁治）、杀神经
本来是一次普通的超声波洗牙+抛光，结果发现一颗大牙得了“牙髓炎”，然后被告知要“治疗 ”，没想到这一下就治上了~磨牙，露出神经，上“砒霜+甲醛”杀神经。还好，牙医没有选择最狠的直接掏神经，所以肉体疼痛程度在可忍受极限内。父亲从小就说麻药对人不好，就没有打麻药。第一轮到第二轮之间的等待是漫长而痛苦的：睡不能眠，饿了不能吃，我坚持了10天，但心理上第一次感到如此的恐惧。
第二轮：掏神经（清空牙髓？）、根管预备？
张嘴时间比较长（1个小时），稍有疼痛，不过比第一轮好多了。
第三轮：根管填充、补牙（6颗）
根管填充，名字听起来比较恐怖，但实际操作不像想象的痛苦（难道我已经麻木了-。-）
补牙磨牙的时候酸疼至极。（无麻药）不过相比第一轮的那种疼痛，还是要好一些。
第四轮：打桩、补牙（4颗）
打桩很快，没感觉，20分钟（显然我已经习惯了）
这轮补牙时有一颗剧痛，被告知差一点就需要根管治疗了，当时听到医生这么说，心中竟然情不自禁露出一丝愉悦，心想，再痛也值了-。-
第五轮：做桩、补牙（1颗）
做桩花了3、4天，大概30-40分钟。比较痛苦的是我口腔溃疡了。吸管就放在溃疡处，磨来磨去的那种感觉，我想只能用“爽”来形容了。此外，预备下一轮所需要的某种模型的材料其味奇臭无比，放在嘴里，简直就要吐。医生说，坚持住，不要吐了就可以了。
我怀疑我的胃自己“吐”了N次-。-
第六轮：烤瓷、补牙（4颗）
这是我最幸福的一次，但也是我最郁闷的一次。幸福的是，左上那颗“老牙”的根管治疗终于结束了；郁闷的是，左下一颗十年前补的牙，似乎很有潜力也来做一次根管治疗。神啊……
现在嘴一有一颗牙已经不属于我了，对于我这样一个极端主观完美主义的人来说，这真是一种精神上的折磨。

中日友好儿科主任医师张知新介绍，牙齿从敏感的牙龈黏膜钻出时，非常疼痛，宝宝出牙期的症状常常包括易发脾气、流口水、咬东西、哭闹、牙龈红肿、食欲下降和难以入睡。此外，一些宝宝还会因为唾液性质和数量产生变化而导致胃肠反应，引发呕吐和轻微的腹泻。但这些症状都属正常范围。
张知新建议，可以试试以下方法帮助宝宝减轻出牙期的不适。
冷敷牙龈：一些清凉的食物除了能够有效地舒缓发炎的牙龈之外，同时还能够转移宝宝的注意力，比如冰香蕉、冷胡萝卜等。除此之外，冰凉的毛巾或冰镇橡皮奶嘴，都能起到很好的止疼作用。
按摩牙龈：如果宝宝牙疼，家长不妨将手指洗干净以后或用专用按摩牙龈器轻柔地按摩宝宝的牙龈，这样做除了能分散孩子的注意力之外，而且还能起到缓解牙龈疼痛的作用，同时更能拉近亲子间的关系。
玩游戏：要想宝宝感觉不到疼痛，最好的方法便是转移宝宝的注意力，家长不妨和宝宝多玩些游戏，让宝宝忘记不适感。
咀嚼：咀嚼可帮助宝宝有效地缓解因长牙而出现的疼痛问题，宝宝的颌部不断地运动，可有效地减少疼痛感。因此家长可以用任何干净、无毒、可以咀嚼、万一吞咽也不会堵住气管的东西给宝宝咀嚼。
