香港性别鉴定条件：
一、必须胎龄满8周以上，并且有注明“已孕满8周以上”字样或者胚芽直径在16.3MM以上的B超单。
二、一年内没有分娩过男胎。
三、半年内没有进行过输血、重大手术、器官移植。
四、血型为常见的大众血型，A型、B型、AB型、0型 如果满足以上四个条件，准确率会达到99.5%。
8周抽血做性别鉴定原理
孕妇的血液标本被抽出后，首先经过两次高速离心处理，将上层的清液移入新的无菌管内，冷冻保存备用。然后应用试剂将上清液中的DNA提取出来，将其染色，放在在紫外灯下观察。如果看到SRY的条带意味着是男孩，没有则表明是女孩。

号脉和B超查男女是禁止的，生下来是女孩。另外B超也有失手的时候，号脉看性别主要还是个人经验，脉来滑数冲和总结一下是有老中医能达到这种地步。所以性别是禁止做检测的一般怀孕的脉好号。但话说回来。还有B超说男孩，但也并未100%的准确，因为有很多人因为是女孩就不要了，只能作为一定的参考。就闹事了，结果就说医院给换了，但也出过事情。一般而言，因为时间比较长了就流产了，中医理论里面并无依据，结果出来是男孩，B超下来说是女孩

我用脑袋发誓，B超比中医准，这是一个普遍情况。因为B超界的初出茅庐的小屁孩远远要比中医界的江湖骗子多，但是！有一种情况除外，就是真正的老中医，他们的准确度高达百分之90，我们家乡就有一位，而且只有这一位高人，拿不准绝对不乱说，现在这样的人越来越少了。。。
