盆腔炎的典型症状
1、急性盆腔炎的症状特点是起病急，病情重，可出现下腹疼痛，发烧，寒战，头痛，食欲不振，检查时发现病人呈急性病容，体温高，心率快，下腹部有肌紧张，压痛及反跳痛，盆腔检查：阴道有大量的脓性分泌物，穹窿有明显触痛，子宫及双附件有压痛，反跳痛，或一侧附件增厚。
2、慢性盆腔炎主要表现为：
（1）下腹部坠胀，疼痛及腰骶部酸痛，有时还可能伴有肛门坠胀不适，常在劳累，性交后及月经前后加剧。
（2）由于盆腔瘀血，患者可有白带增多，月经增多，痛经等症状。卵巢功能损害时可有月经失调，输卵管粘连阻塞时可致不孕。
（3）全身症状多不明显，有时可有低热，易感疲乏，病程时间较长者，部分患者可有神经衰弱症状。
（4）妇科检查时有宫颈抬举痛，如果是附件炎，可在子宫的一侧或两侧扪到增粗的条索状物或片块状物，并伴有轻度压痛，如已形成输卵管积水或输卵管囊肿，则可触及囊性包块;若是盆腔结缔组织炎，则子宫两侧可呈片状增厚并有不同程度的压痛。
