Romance of Two PV Kingdoms
A new version Live and Let Die is being performed by silicon and thin-film technologies in China's PV industry. And this severe battle is pushed into extreme hot by the world financial turmoil. It does not mean there is a certain bright further waiting for the survivor. But the companies are doomed to collapse with its technology fails. That is an elimination game with two strong competitors rushing together to the 1 $/KWH final. Thin-film player is striving for breaking the technology blocks, and silicon one is cracking its brain to reduce the production cost. Although thin-film player earns more applause, no one knows how soon and how much money it needs. And the developing space is limited for the almost perfect silicon player who has been cultivated for enough long years. The result is unpredictable and it is risk putting all eggs into one basket. Many powerful state-owned and international giants choose to march on two fields simultaneously with abundant budgets and strong researching teams. Relatively weak private companies only hind themselves in the traditional silicon field and sing Hal-Le-Lu-Jah loudly. No matter the research on thin-film technology or the reduction on silicon PV production cost, this is a money talks industry. Now the end is complicated and confusing. Beyond this battle field, Chinas PV will draw down more competitive challenges from traditional thermal power, and other new energies such as nuclear and wind.

摘 要 目的： 通过与DAJ一10多功能艾灸仪对照，客观地评价CAJ热灸治疗仪治疗颈椎病颈痛
的有效性和安全性。
方法： 把70例符合纳入标准的颈椎病患者按照随机数字表随机分为试验组 热灸治疗
仪组 和对照组 多功能艾灸仪组 ，每组各35例。 两组选穴均为双侧颈椎阳性反应平面夹脊穴 共两对 、肩中俞穴、中渚穴和大
椎穴。试验组和对照组分别用CAJ热灸治疗仪和DAJ一10多功能艾灸仪进行治疗，而
操作方法相同，均将适量细艾绒填充在护垫中央，对准将要施灸的穴位，压紧护
垫，选择相应的绑带或医用胶布将灸头固定在护垫上，灸头发热体对准细艾绒处，并
调节温度为50～54℃，以患者能耐受，不起泡为原则。 治疗频率与时问：隔日1次，每次治疗40分钟，每周3次，3周为1个疗程，
疗程结束后随访1个月。 Park颈痛量表 NPQ 、中医证候疗效评价， 采用疼痛计分 7AS 、Northwick
分别于治疗前、治疗第5次后、治疗结束及治疗结束后1个月进行评估，并记录研
究过程中的不良反应及副作用。 把所有数据录入SPSS20．0统计分析软件包中，进行数据的管理和统计分析；采
用显著性检验、非劣效性检验、双侧检验；并根据临床试验数据性质 计量、分类
资料和等级资料 ，选择合适的统计分析方法，分类资料用x2检验或精确概率法。
结果： 1．基线比较情况：试验组、对照组入组病例的年龄、民族、职业、病程、治疗
史、过敏史、合并疾病、平时服用药物、人口学特征 体重、身高 和生命体征 体
温、呼吸、心率、血压 的差别比较，均无统计学意义 P O．05 ，组问具有可比性。 2．视觉模拟评分量表 VAS ： ①热灸治疗仪组治疗前、治疗第5次后、治疗结束后及随访1个月评分分别为

中医综合疗法治疗颈椎病眩晕52例
目的观察采用中医综合疗法治疗颈椎病眩晕的临床疗效。方法选择2012年5月~2013年6月住院及门诊收治的颈椎病眩晕患者52例随机平分为两组，治疗组与对照组各26例，对照组采用推拿、正骨理筋、旋转复位等方法治疗，治疗组给予加减葛根汤及针刺穴位等治疗，两组治疗均1次/d，以1w为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程后，进行治疗前后临床疗效比较。结果经治疗后，治疗组总有效率为92.30%，对照组总有效率为73.07%。经统计学分析，治疗组的疗效明显好于对照组（&0.05）。结论相对于常规单纯推拿手法治疗，中医综合治疗颈椎病能明显提高治疗疗效，能明显改善患者临床症状和生活质量，值得推广应用。
Abstract：
Objective To observe the clinical curative ef ect of TCM comprehensive therapy to treat cervical spondylosis vertigo. Methods In May 2012 to June 2013 inpatient and outpatient of cervical spondylosis in 52 patients with vertigo were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and control group, 26 cases in the control group USES the massage, boneset ing principle, methods of treatment, such as rotating reset to add and subtract puerarin treatment group soup and acupuncture treatment, two groups of treatment are 1 times a day, for 1 week for a period of treatment, after 2 courses of treatment, the clinical curative ef ect comparison before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the treatment group total ef ective rate was 92.30%, control group total ef ective rate was 73.07%. After statistics analysis, the curative ef ect of treatment group was obviously bet er than the control group ( &0.05). Conclusion Conventional pure massage therapy, Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment of cervical spondylosis treatment can obviously improve curative ef ect, can significantly improve the patients' clinical symptoms and quality of life, is worth popularization and application.
