补药（鹿茸、阿胶）吃多了，补紧了，血热手蜕皮怎么办怎么办？

请问我血热，能否吃阿胶

病情描述：月经量多，有血块。目前因肝郁、血热正在服药
因不能面诊，医生的建议仅供参考
你好，根据你说的情况，你属于肝气郁结，血热妄行，应该凉血解郁，服用舒肝冲剂是正确的。 一般体内淤血较重的情况下，在服用活血化瘀的药物后，排除的血块要比平时多一些，这也属于正常情况，应该继续服药，直到血块排干净。 阿胶是最好的补血的中药，一般是体内严重贫血的时候，或是月经量过多引起的气血不足的情况下引用的，而你属于肝气郁结，血热，应该还是服用凉血解郁的药物，如赤芍，丹皮，生地等等。
