　　中医治疗多囊卵巢综合症方法：
　　1、痰湿内停
　　主证 形体肥胖，倦怠懒动，胸闷气短，脘痞纳呆，毛发偏多，大便秘结，闭经不孕，白带量多，或见腹中包块，按之疼痛，舌体胖大，边有齿痕，或舌质紫暗，舌苔厚腻，脉滑或滑。
　　治法 燥湿化痰，益气健脾。
　　2、肝郁化火
　　主证 形壮体胖，面目红赤，痤疮丛生，烦躁易怒，头痛眩晕，胸胁胀痛，失眠多梦，口干口苦，闭经，大便干结，舌红苔黄，脉弦数。
　　治法 清肝泻火，佐以理气
　　3、痰瘀互结
　　主证 形体肥胖，面色偏黯，毛发浓密，胸脘满闷，倦怠乏力，多懒动，头晕目眩，白带量多，闭经不孕，或月经量多，经期提前，少腹作痛，舌体胖大，舌质紫暗或有瘀斑，苔厚腻，脉沉细。
　　治法 燥湿化痰丸，少腹逐瘀汤加减。
　　4、肾阳虚证
